Love love love Akira faux fur products

Love love love Akira faux fur products. They ar3 a great quality and value. My wife cant get enough of them so I keep buying. The items I just got on sale were a steal!

Was asking for a price adjustment and…

Was asking for a price adjustment because ite. Went on sale a day after i purchased it and was not granted even though the item was still in transit. I received item and item didn't fit the suggested size was in correct. So on top of not get a price adjustment I had to pay 10 dollars to return the item. A triple lost.

Great customer service

I've been a loyal AKIRA customer for years and have always loved their unique styles. While quality can vary by item, I've had many pieces that I absolutely love and keep coming back for.

My most recent order arrived with the package clearly damaged in transit, and one item had been stolen before delivery. Although it wasn't AKIRA's fault, their customer service was excellent. A special thank you to Vanessa for making the process easy and resolving the issue with care and professionalism. She quickly provided a credit, and I was able to reorder the missing item.

It's easy to support a company that stands behind its customers when something goes wrong. Thank you, Vanessa, for turning a frustrating situation into a positive experience!

Very stylish and durable…

The jeans are short girl friendly and very stylish. The jeans were surprisingly true to size. The delivery was within a great time frame. And considering that they used a third party to make the delivery and I actually received the package was a big plus in my book. I wouldn't mind ordering from them again.

Horrible return policy

The shoes were not like shown in the catalog. Then I had to pay to ship it to me and pay to ship it back otherwise if I took it to the store I could only get a store credit. Will not be shopping there again.

I order the dress last minute and did a next day shipping. The dresses were delivered on time and let me be honest. I am 160lbs and I order large, they were stunning. They fit perfectly and was absolutely gorgeous...beautiful and the fabric is very nice. They were worth the price.
