First time buying the mystery box and it just arrived. It's definitely not what I expected. It doesn't come with everything they put in a video. I know it doesn't have to be the same, but at least the quantity! Also, what they sent is not worth $100, poor quality, the first and the last time I buy from her.

I am so shocked to see such negative reviews!! I've been purchasing Angelica's wigs for almost 3 years now and I've not had one bad experience.
I literally have like, 40 of them. Probably have more, IDK I lost count. For the price, you can't beat the quality. The very first one I bought, I thought it was gonna feel/look really cheap, like a party store wig or something.
I. WAS. SHOCKED. It was GORGEOUS! I get compliments on my wigs all the time. I hate my own hair, so wearing Angelix Beauty styles-I have way more confidence. Can't wait to get more!
As far as the customer service, again-never had a problem. Her team was always very responsive and Angelica herself is always very interactive on her livestreams.
Y'all have to remember this Latina is self-made and her following grew exponentially within the past 2 years. You can't expect her to answer all 3M of her followers.

I received this wig as a gift from my mom. I had seen her live and fell in love with it. HORRIBLE!! The bottom layer of the hair is damaged, it looks like someone used it a couple of times then returned it. I emailed and ofcourse received no response. I cannot believe that she is able to get away with this. Do not buy wigs from her!! I ordered from Diva tress a d they're about one third of the price and then times better quality.

As a fan, I was SOOOOOOOOOO excited to buy a wig from your website, but after reading all the negative reviews, I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED! I'm not sure why as a Latina entrepreneur, you're not making the effort to reply to your fans who buy your products and who receive damaged goods, but I must say that it is poor business tactics and behavior on your part. I am a professional Latina and live my life with very high standards, and pride myself on promises I make and words I live by! I love you, your beauty, energy and talent, but come on girl! Upgrade your products, follow-up and respond to your buyers and fans, and bring your ratings UP!

I gave it 1 star cuz I have no other option, but deserves 0 I bought 2 wigs very expensive and they are very cheap looking and small they look plastic and I have written by email and on FB and she ignores the messages, unfortunately bad business only last so long… she will not be in business much longer, you need to treat your customers with good service for us to stay…

Have 7 wigs in total from here. 1 came damaged which was my first order ever. Bought a mystery box that wig cane super nice to give them another chance bc hey it could have been just one wig that came defective. It happens. Then I ordered 5 more and 2 out of the 5 were good quality. Only problem I have is that the quality is inconsistant and your pretty much gambling when you place an order. I didnt even bother emailing bc her policy is no refunds and no exchanges. And from the looks of it they dont reapond to those kind of emails. In total i invested about $600 worth of wigs just to have 3 good ones. Not worth the gamble too inconsistant

So sad and dissapointed, I bought 2 wigs and one of them came with one of the clips unstitched and of very poor quality. The hair in the back looks horrible, nothing compared to how it looks in the photos on the website, and to top it off they are very small You must have a mini head for them to serve you, I sent her an email and there was never an answer, we already know why changes or returns are not accepted.

Bought two wigs from here with no experience on wigs. they became ratty after a couple wears and as I started getting into wigs a lot more i actually found the same EXACT wigs I bought from angelix beauty for around HALF the price on sites like Ebony line.

No wonder there's no refunds or exchanges.

Items on my purchase were damaged. I sent 3 emails and never received a reply. But they are quick to take your money.

Below is her reply. After I sent her another email. The choker it’s so small it didn’t fit my 3 year old niece. Also, the earrings were melted. Why should I fix something I bought brand new.

Hi how would you like me to resolve this issue as the value of the box is higher than the amount paid, we add extra free goodies to all our mystery boxes. The small earrings the material they are made out of you can push on the rhinestones and reshape them, also on the choker necklace i noticed you had it on the tightest hole, chokers can be tricky as everyone’s neck size is different but it is not defective.

Hi candy...I ordered a butterfly earrings ..cute...pero to be honest they look so little when I received them...in the picture looks a little bigger...when I got them omg..so little! I'm sorry but I'm not satisfied..and I believe I ordered it gold ..and they came silver 🤦‍♀️🙄...Ahhhhhh!!!

I purchased wigs from angelix beauty and this is my experience:
first the quality of this wig is poor, not like you can see in her website, second the wig is very tiny that only fits in my 9 years old child, I feel scammed about buying in this website I lost money for a wig that I will never can use and very dissapointment with this. The policy says not refunds or returns that is very unprofessional site to buy. They never answer your complaints but yes they take your money very kindly at first time. Avoid to buy there!!!!

I just bought 2 wigs from this website and they both are beautiful! They are free part,long wigs call lastima and party. They are very natural looking,soft and they were ready to wear with glue or glueless.

I purchased wigs from angelix beauty and they were either over plucked or thinned out so much that it looked like there were bald spots. What's incredibly upsetting about all of this is that I sent an email explaining my expierance with them to the customer service email given on the website and never heard anything back. No acknowledgement of my email or a thank u for shopping with us..I was a loyal fan and customer and to have my money taken and blown off just felt really f@#*d up.
In 3 months I had placed 4 orders totaling $702.49. 4 of the wigs purchased totaled $349.66 and were defected and couldn't be used. The is a no return policy so I was basically assed out $349.66. They got my money and I got wigs that were useless. I feel cheated and let down for trusting this ace based on the tik tok personality
