Received another bag from Atorie today…

Received another bag from Atorie today quality is great cannot believe quality and they shipped from the USA to uk for free this time the bag was a preorder which means you have to wait for them to be made it from order to arriving took 6 weeks but to be honest worth the weight. I would recommend this company. Please note that they do take a little time to respond to emails but they do respond

It took six weeks for the coat to…

It took six weeks for the coat to arrive with absolutely no follow up from the company through email. It did not fit and I emailed them six times with absolutely no response wishing to return it. I filed the dispute with my credit card and it took them three weeks to respond to my credit card. I am going to be out close to $400 for a coat that my child does. I look like the Grinch in and is about four sides too big this has been an absolute awful experience.

WORST BRAND

I ordered on January 31st. It has been more than 5 weeks and I couldn’t get any information about my shipment. I wrote 5 emails and also I couldn’t get any response to my emails. I already paid and I couldn’t get any response. Do not believe what you see on instagram or tiktok about this brand. What they say is totally LIE and SCAM. Worst brand so far.

Atorie leather bag are outstanding quality and value for money

I can confirm Atorie is not a scam i have purchase 2 leather bags from them and the quality is outstanding .
i and from the UK so shipping took time around 32day to be precise i have since ordered another bag .
so anyone reading if your not in a hurry for an item then please buy from them, i would highly recommend them .
my only grumble is that they are very slow when you need information but there AI does talk you trough things.

Use shopatorie.com if you want to get scammed - I'd personally avoid it like the plague

I recently purchased from Atorie. My experience was just straight up scrappy at best. Order placed 7th of February. Order confirmation email received straight away. Reached out to Atorie support on the 13th of February as no shipping confirmation email had been received, no updated on the order were received. Literally nothing even saying that the order was being processed or hey, the order has been shipped. 6 days later (19th of February) they responded to our email from the 13th of February (6-days to get a response from support - that's new industry level slop). They proceeded to state that the order was already shipped, but failed to update our order with the tracking information, just hey it should arrive during these dates but there may be delays.

Upon receiving their email on the 19th of February, I immediately emailed them back asking for the shipping information so we could keep ourselves updated.

It's now been 5-days since I sent the initial email asking for the shipping details....

4th of march, still no email from support but got an email form their Shopify system saying the product had now been shipped and had the shipping tracking number. I'm sorry, they said they had already shipped the product in their previous support email but the evidence supplied directly contradicts it.

I don't know how these guys are in business but Atorie has to be the dodgiest online retailer. 1/5 for rating. Do not recommend them at all! This company is full of lies, extremely slow support if you're lucky to get a response. They will say one thing and supply their own evidence directly contracting their claims - do not fall for their advertising on Tiktok.

Poor Customer Support and Inaccurate Shipping Info

I placed an order on 2.1.26 and their confirmation email stated: "We're working with our ateliers to deliver your order as soon as possible. Please note processing time is 3-5 days."

I contacted customer support 2.10 and 2.13 seeking shipping info. They responded 2.18 reiterating the 3-5 day processing in spite of it being significantly beyond that and said my package had shipped and was due between 2.18-2.22. On their site, the order information never changed or provided info about shipping. I contacted customer service again 2.21 and 2.23 when I still had no information. They have not responded.

Today, 2.26, I received the shipping notice that my package was in transit starting on 2.24, way after customer support told me it was in transit, currently due 3.3-3.5 So far beyond their stated processing/shipping times with no explanation or further customer support. So, so disappointing.

I'm scared of how long a return/refund would take if I need to request it given how terrible the customer support and processing times were.

worth the wait!

While it does take some time to receive your items as they are being shipped from overseas, it is well worth the wait as you're literally getting such great quality clothing at a fraction of the price. I got two amazing shirts which now I have the perfect size for im going to order every few months to keep fresh

I wish I could give this place ZERO…

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. I wish I would have researched before I played my order.

It's been almost a month. Tracking number says only the label was printed. Customer service is NON EXISTENT. No replies, have zero idea where my package was.

Seems like the order is coming from China. If I knew this I would have avoided this company all together.

Atorie is a scam - Disappearing packages and zero support

I’m out of both my order and my money. Atorie claims my package was delivered in late November, but that is flat-out false. I’ve done the legwork checking with my building staff, and nothing ever arrived.

To make matters worse, they use ACI Logistix for shipping, which has been a complete nightmare—unreliable tracking and zero accountability. What’s even more frustrating is the 'support' from Atorie; I opened a formal inquiry with both Atorie and ACI Logistix, none of which were helpful. It’s one thing to have a shipping error, but it’s another to use a subpar carrier and then completely ignore a customer when things go wrong. I won't be shopping here again.

Scammers - Received my Return and never refunded

I purchased a jacket that was far too big. I returned it and tracking shows it arrived back at their facility in California on December 12th. It is now February 16th and I have not received any refund. I have reached out to their support team multiple times and have received no response. This company is an absolute scam.
