Shopback cashback not transparent
Shopback doesn't make it clear how much cashback you're likely to get. There's so many conditions that it's almost impossible to calculate for yourself.
Recently bought a $1800 laptop with 10% cashback. After tax and "vouchers" (ie supposedly free bonus gift). I ended up with $120 cashback (6.6%). Not too bad, except that I could've got the same laptop for $1640 at a different store.

I’m new to using it. I did get some cash back from purchase but have not yet used the cash back. But I love the option of getting paid back from places I use to shop online. I will continue to use the app as and when required.

Very disappointed
My daughter recommended ShopBack but when I got Express VPN via ShopBack with 70% off, having done everything right, I did get no money back at all. After enquiries and sending more information I was informed the matter would be resolved by 31 December 2025. I waited several months, but nothing happened! Very disappointed!
