IT’S A SCAM, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

IT’S A SCAM, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I was booking a court online to play padel on my local tennis/padel club’s website, which I had not visited in a while. After I thought I had paid for and reserved my court, a window suddenly popped up saying that I needed to create a new account and subsequently asked me for my card details again. I assumed that this was due to the club’s software being dodgy, but next thing I knew, I was redirected to Shopgadgets’ website, who I have never heard of before and I was told that I had created an account and subscription with them. They then told me that I would be charged €50 monthly. I immediately blocked my card so they could not do it. I will try to delete my account with them, but based on previous 1-star reviews here, that seems to be very hard. They prevent you from deleting it in the first 24 hours and after they insist on making you pay them even more to delete your account. It looks as if their game is to hack into other websites, redirect you to theirs when you want to pay on other websites and then grab your details and steal your money. These people are the lowest forms of life and I hope that they suffer the fates that they deserve!
