Poor service

I have purchased an electric bed andBy ProHeal
SKU SHM-PH-34500Sit to Stand Electric Patient Lift. VERY Big Ticket Items. I even ordered white glove service for the install which is not cheap. I was assured that they would be experts with the equipment (not, one of the guys did not speak English and was reading the install guide). I ordered the vest with the sizing chart. It could not fit around my mom's back. First, I called with questions, no one could answer why the sizing did not work or which one to replace it with. They wanted a picture with the sizing that was not on the box or the vest. This went in circles. When I went to escalate I was told that their was noone is the company that I could speak with. Buyer beware....they will take your money but will not partner with you. AT EVERY STEP, YOU WILL BE THE ONE THAT IS WRONG.

Nobody has gotten back to me yet about my purchase of the toilet seat. I let you guys know that it did not fit on my father’s toilet and how can I return it but nobody has gotten back to me.

Very slow on standard delivery

Very slow on standard delivery, website is difficult to navigate, customer service is slow, and company is very slow responding with shipping information which leads to suspicion of a scam, although it proves not to be.

Excellent service

Excellent service as well as great quality scooter.
Only problem was it was supposed to arrive on Friday the 29th of August. It limited my holiday weekend but was delivered yesterday the 2nd of September.

The Freedom lift is well-made but limited in it's use.

The Freedom lift is well-made, sturdy, easy to assemble, and it arrived on schedule. However, it has very limited use from flat, open areas like the bed or couch. It doesn't work from a manual wheelchair, as the wheels are in the way of the back opening up. It doesn't work on a power chair as the foot pedals and frame are in the way. It doesn't work on the toilet as there isn't enough room on either side to open up the back. If the freedom lift is left over the toilet, there isn't enough arm room to complete hygiene with armrests in the way. Just because you can roll it over a toilet doesn't mean it will actually work. I wish I had researched it further before purchasing it. It will work from a hospital bed to a drop arm commode, (not a regular commode) or to a bath bench in a roll-in shower. More instruction is needed with demonstrations to help prevent frustration from other caregivers. It needs to be modified further so the backrests can swing open without having to completely swing out the armrests. If just the backrests swung out, the lift could be pulled straight out of a narrow space.
