I ordered a so called leather phone wallet (£22) it took weeks to arrive it arrived directly from China it was not leather and it had no provision for bank notes I have sent numerous email's with no response I will never use this website again and will continue to send emails every day, please do not use this website.

I wish I had read the reviews posted here before ordering... 3 weeks and still no item. Company claims to have shipped the item, but no tracking has been provided.

I bought and paid for 29/12/22 an real leather phone case, it arrived about 08/01/23 but it was not leather, I asked for a refund and was sent address in Nottingham to return by tracked postage which I did at a cost of £7-30. The case arrived in Nottingham on 12/01/23 since then I've heard nothing and no refund from Shopicado. And PayPal have closed the case and have been unhelpful. So out of pocket by £30

saw the price and the description " Luxury", and the picture I thought I cant go wrong,
well, I was wrong:
the case is poorly made, the magnets are so weak. they hardly keep the case closed,
I bought a similar one from eBay China, much cheaper, and much much better.
So disappointed with this company,
will never use them again

Hi, I have ordered my phone case but it got delayed a lot. But that's not my problem, they have sent me the order but I haven't received it yet. It shows that it got delivered to the mailbox but not mine. I have given complaint about this and also written many emails to re-issue my order but no response at all.

Shopicado Seems to be a scam. Bought phone case and it hasn't turned up. The tracking number I've been given is not recognised by any of the usual parcel delivery companies. Not expecting to ever see anything for my 25 quid!

Same problem ordered a phone case, had to cancel because my phone broke. Could not get a reply or any contact from them.
I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS ONLINE RETAILER. PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AND YOU WILL VERY MUCH REGRET IT.

Internet search returned this site purporting to have a genuine leather Samsung A40 phone case on special offer reduced from £60 to £24 and free postage.
Ordered using link only to find that it is a cheap pu leather case that came all the way from China. Could have got the same locally for less than £10.
All this is hidden behind what looks like a reputable company.
Lesson learned.

Buyer beware do not under no circumstance order anything from this fraudulent vendor. They bill instantly & dont even follow their own processing and shipping policies. Their support and resolutions are non existent and often lie about orders being shipped with false tracking information. DONOT I REPEAT DONOT shop with them !!!!!!!!!!

P.S U HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!!

16 days after ordering a phone cover and I'm still waiting. I've asked for a refund, but they have ignored the request. Is this a real online shop or a scam?
Ah! Now received after 19 days. Great product, but I would not have ordered it had I known it was coming from China to UK and over such a long timeframe.
