Got the watch delivered fast, it’s a great looking watch( Luxium ultra) downloading the app was easy. Now on to the bad part, I had the watch for about a week and had to do an update on it through the app, once I did the update the watch went to crap it wouldn’t turn off or reset hardly ever would keep track of sleep or monitor any activity’s . The buttons on the side wouldn’t work. And the company’s customer service takes at least a week to reply to any e-mails you send them. And returning the watch for reimbursement or to get new watch that works ( well I’m still waiting on the e-mail to tell me if I can return it or not) so if you buy one of these watches remember to keep your order number and the watch model you bought because they will ask for that info in the e-mail if you try to return it. I would definitely not buy this watch

Please note this is an inexpensive watch their lifelong #Warranty is BS. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a different brand cheap watch.

Good Customer Service. This company seems to be interested in their customers. And, if the product lasts as long as their ads say, and the products are as tough as they claim, this is a no-brainer for people looking at a good watch at a reasonable price.

Easy process, fantastic deals

Had my eye on one of these watches for a while., so I took advantage of the 20% off and purchased the Luxium Stinger. I was not sure if it was going to be available to ship to the U.K. but it is and the postage is free. The product looks well made and should stand up to the bumps and bangs that it will get at work. Looking forward to receiving this watch, also I never wear a watch so this will be the first one I have worn in a long time

What made the shopping great was how detailed the watch was on durability and the specs of the watch. The ease of placing the order and also the bundle deals were great I love being able to get different watch bands with the watch and the flashlight Is the bonus gift.
