It’s a Scam Company that shows a nice picture but you get a chinese ”knockoff” (that word is not even close!!)
The jacket i orderd was completly wrong in all ways possible, wrong material, wrong colour and small in cize.
Then you have to pay shipment for the return to china wich Will set you back!

Don't do business with this company. What you see in their fancy adds is far from what you get. Very disappointed on the bomber jacket I bought. Goes directly into the trash bin 🚮👎👎👎👎👎

I ordered for 114euros and never got my order. I sent a bunch of emails, messages on facebook but nothing happened. I just got scammed.

Keep your hands off!!!! Quality is catastrophic, shipment sent back at your own expense. No more response, charges have already been filed.

Size doesn’t fit. After sending back the products on my own cost got scammed. No refund, no reply…don’t even try to order here. Picture and real are a total different.

The first time I ordered from them I got my order within a reasonable time. The second time I ordered I waited for a month before I decided to try and contact them. They had no reviews on their website, no way to contact them about problems. When I checked the status of my order with my receipt number and such it said my order didn’t exist. Tried various emails but all were blocked. In short, that website is a scam and your money will probably be burnt. Spend your money on a more reputable place or an actual store because that place will not comply.

I placed an order, they said it shipped but package was to large for receptacle, really??? I asked them to repackage it and resend, I should have know. Over a month later and still nothing. They did just offer me a refund, we'll see if that happens!!! Don't waste your time!!!!!

Do not order here, scam! Bad quality and no chance for return!!

Very poor quality of the clothes. You can't wear the clothes, you have to throw them directly in the garbage because they are useless. I advise everyone against ordering from this shop.

Very poor communication, never got my order delivered.

I ordered ánd paid over a full month ago and have throughout the last weeks not received any clear update on the status of my order.

Just recently they contacted me to state that they will have to cancel the order because the items (5 pieces) I ordered were "all out of stock", despite being shown as "in stock" on their webshop.

Only 'positive' thing is that they promised to give a full refund, which sounds obvious because the order never got delivered.

Overall very disappointed.

I can see through the shirt and they didnt even fit me. The quality of cloth is so cheap, it feels like tissue paper. I got the skin rash if I wear them.

I ordered four items, they sent me a fake tracking number and also the order number was wrong. I think it is a scam. Don't buy from them.

Hi all! I've made two purchases from Mensclo and promptly received the order every time. I really love their stuff! I could not find kimonos like this anywhere else.
Note the sizing on their website, there is a Tag Size, and US Size. So Tag Size Small and Medium both fall under US Small, but they aren't the same size. So I received a tag Medium which was bigger than the other, despite both being US Small. They offered a 45% refund and I took it tbh, not worth the shipping, but 45% isn't bad. I gifted that one to a friend.
There was another that was super low-res, so lookout for that, in my case, the "yellow cat" kimono. They did a 45% refund there as well. Pretty solid customer service from a Chinese drop shipping company.

Horrible customer service. I read the return policy before buying, and it seemed acceptable. I ordered 2 sizes of each style to try them on, picked the one that worked, and then looked into how to return the others. Seems normal so far, for an online shopping experience. It took a while to get a hold of them, but then they offered 15% of my money back to NOT return the items that don't fit. Excuse me? Who offers a 15% refund on unwanted items? The return policy clearly states that returns are accepted for full refunds within 14 days of receipt. However, it does NOT state that shopping costs TO CHINA are to be paid by customer. Shipping costs would be more than the value of the items (I checked). After some complaining, they offered a 45% refund, no return needed. Which means that I'm paying 155% of the price of the items I want to keep, without prior consent. This is totally unacceptable. If their return information page stated that returns need to go to China, I would have never purchased in the first place. I feel deceived by a dishonest business practice, concealing the true return policy.

Nothing happened for 3 weeks after order.
I contacted their support multiple times, not response.
Then I filed for refund via Paypal, to which they finally reacted. Yet another week later they finally said my order was on shipment, but whether it actually arrives remains yet to be seen.

I have order a kimono 2 weeks ago and I still haven’t received it. It been in guangzhou,guangdong, china from what it seems like a decade. I hope it’s not a scam but now I have a feeling it is. Guangdong is where I was born so Ik the place pretty well and they do things pretty well. I don’t think the store is that bad unless u want to risk the chance of 3-4 week delivery or never receive it.
