absolutely a scam. clothes are low quality, fit poorly and made of cheap material. one of the two shirts i received was in the wrong size. company offered 15% of my purchase price as a refund, or I could pay $150 to ship them back to the return address in China they gave me... complete garbage don't ever buy anything from shopmensclo.com or charmkp

I ordered stuff for 2 weeks ago and still did not receive them. The tracking number is so fake and it’s still pending.
The customer service is so bad they copy and paste from google translate.
And they don’t want to give me my money back.

The quality is crap. I bought the mushroom shirt and some baggy pants. Both look cheap and are essentially made from plastic. Not worth the money at all.

Awful customer service, worse product quality

So I received the parcel and the design of the clothes looked more or less as indicated on the photos. However it was extremely low quality. Also when I asked for a refund they required me to pay for sending the parcel back to China, even thought their website clearly states that they pay for it.

Would not recommend!

The quality is extremely poor. I will never buy from another "instagram" brand ever.

Total scam! Ordered before New Years and have still not received my products. The tracking doesn’t work for me and the support doesn’t answer.

Shipping took quite awhile. The quality was fine but when I tried to exchange for a different size it was impossible. No response by going through website comment box. I finally emailed directly and got thus response. It should state on the website they cannot exchange.

Everything about this company seemed a little bit off but I thought I'd take a risk for a lovely looking shirt I had seen.

Weeks went by without any update about the delivery. Trying to get in touch with the customer support team I found that the supplied email address did not work. Several emails through their website contact box yielded no responses.

More than three weeks later and my order arrives and it looks very different to the item listed online. The fabric itself is incredibly thin and poor quality and the colours are just not what was advertised. A customer support email then arrives which is slightly unintelligible and explains very little.

As a side note I'm still trying to discover how to actually leave a review for an item on their website, though I feel this may not be possible.

Wouldn't use them again as it's not worth the price of the item, the wait for the item, and the fear that nobody is actually doing anything on their end. I wouldn't call it a "scam" though...

Tried this website and it wasn't bad (was tempted by social media ads). there was a wide selection of clothes that looked nice and although it was a little expensive, it was fine. The delivery however, was disappointing. The order tracking function did not work and it took around 3 weeks for my order to arrive, although this is stated on the website fyi. The shirt I ordered fits fine, just pay attention to the measurements description, however I would not shop there again unless I'm buying a lot of clothes.

Ordered something 11 days checked on where my package is and it’s guangzhong china and hasn’t moved for 11 days highly likely it won’t be shipped at all so I’d avoid it if I were you.
