Tell me why my wish package came sooner…

Tell me why my wish package came sooner that this package. It’s been a month and they don’t know what happened to my package.I had to email the place for a week asking where my package was. They ended up paying for my package with a extra $5 on top.

SOME GOOD SOME BAD

I think some of their makeup products are acceptable. Some do have a weird smell, while some others don’t. Some of their makeup have a cheap quality so they are only good for cameras or going out for a short while. HOWEVER, their makeup sponges, faux minx lashes, and makeup bags are pretty good!

Never order from here!

If you buy here , you're gonna regret! it's that simple. It's 1 year since I ordered. Never received the parcel. No refund either! Fraudsters! Avoid at all costs

I would never ever recommend this…

I would never ever recommend this online shop! Almost 4 months have passed and I still haven't received my orders! I've been following up but they are using the same excuses over and over again! Be prepared to lose your money if you decide to order from this shop. Very bad experience!

UK Customer

Ive shopped twice with MissA and I have 0 complaints, obviously the shipping is going to take a while as they are not a UK based company but for the quality of the products you cannot beat the prices. I paid £7 for shipping which is reasonable and £0 customs charge. No complaints about this website, I have no idea what the bad reviews are about. However many things I want are not in stock but after 3 weeks theyre usually back, the longest I have waited is a week and a half and the last order I got was 5 days.
Not a fake review!

Shopmissa has REALLY BAD customer service, they don’t help if your package is lost. They say they don’t have anything to do with your package after it’s delivered they will not assist you with anything after they have there money.

GREAT experience, NO complaints

READ!! First time purchasing from Shop Miss A! I ordered my products on August 1 (they were shipped on the 3rd), and my package was already in my mailbox on Aug 12th, from Texas US to Ontario CA during quarantine. Total of 18 products, $25 USD INCLUDING standard/cheapest shipping.

The products came inside an airbag and ALL of them BUT ONE were SEALED. None of them was missing. The unsealed lipstick had unattached itself inside the bag and smeared all over my products. HOWEVER, that only affected the pointy tip of the lipstick (the rest was just fine) + it hasn't been used before despite being unsealed. Also, the airbag was pretty warm?

PAYMENT METHOD - Used PayPal NOT LINKED TO ANY CARD! I don't have a bank account so I was happy I could still buy my products online.

I read the product reviews on their website and bought the BEST REVIEWED items :) I would say the quality is pretty good. Some of the products I purchased include lipsticks, lip brush, eyeliners, primer, foundation, lip oil, and loose pigment.

I would DEFINITELY buy from Shop Miss A again! I'm just waiting for more $$ on Paypal now haha. Thank you so much Miss A <3

This was my first time ordering off of…

This was my first time ordering off of this site and maybe I just lucked out but everything was exactly as pictured and much better quality than I expected.Shipping was actually pretty fast and it was sealed in an airbag to protect the products.I definitely plan on ordering again,this is a great way to build a make-up collection without spending a ton of cash.

I would not recommend this company

I would not recommend this company, I ordered off them in April and it's now almost August and nothing. I emailed multiple times customer service and it was dealt with in an automated emailed that my order would be reviewed. When or/if I receive mt products I won't be ordering off them again.

If you're smart, you'll be fine.

I wouldn't touch the makeup with a barge pole (bought some when I was younger and the quality was appalling) but this is my go-to for brush and sponge replacements now. The Paw Paw sponges are incredibly soft and easy to use. The brushes I've bought have been of really nice quality and didn't shed much at all. The brush cleaner is very effective and the other small accessories I've bought weren't hugely good quality but for the price point and what they are I don't have any issues. I do find that I only buy things in large-ish orders to justify the shipping cost, which personally I think is a little high. Delivery was reasonable (I think it took about a week and a half to deliver to the UK) although on my bigger order I did find that the protection between items was lacking. A fair few of the sponges I bought have creases and dents in them from being squished during transit. Overall, I would recommend this site as long as you think carefully about what you want to buy.

I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS SITE!!

I'm from Portugal and I placed an order on the 4th of May and today is the 24th of July and no order has arrived! It's been almost 3 months and nothing. IF the order arrives I will not order anything on this site again, much less recommend it.

If I could give zero stars

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a few items, and actually paid more in shipping costs. (To Norway) After a while, I got an email, that IT couldn’t be sent to my address, and I would be refunded. But NOT the shipping cost! I don’t believe They ever tried to send my package, an easy way to make money.

Uhhh

Uhhh. What a total waste of time and my money! After waiting a month my parcel arrive, it finally did. My excitement soon turned to utter disappointment when this crap hole of a scamming website sent me 3’items I ordered out of 7 then they just filled in the rest with PADS! a bag of freaking pads! I have no idea how they mixed that up with makeup brushes like I Ordered.. I told them straight away an was told I can have a refund or a credit. Why would I want a credit. Give me what I Paid for! Again told the same b.s, told them to give me my money back. If it’s not in my bank in the next week I will be lodging a dispute with PayPal and further places. FML

Do not order from this website

Do not order from this website. If you do, say goodbye to your money, because you won’t receive your items and they don’t offer refunds unless the shipment has been returned to their warehouse. My tracking code hasn’t been updated since May 21st (I placed an order on May 14th). They use COVID-19 as an excuse and I’ve emailed them countless times, but their reply is always the same: wait, because we can’t give you a refund. If something seems too good to be true, it probably is. 🤷🏻‍♀️

For the most part it a decent site.

For the most part it a decent site. But i swear nothing ever in stock. They never got my order wrong and I can find things I like that i dont have to wait to receive from china. so it OK if you want to try colors before investing in something more expensive.

But seriously they never have anything in that I want half the time so i buy sparsely.

Don't waste your time

This place is quick to take money out of your account but painfully slow when it comes to delivery. Good luck getting your items and/or getting a refund. I haven't gotten a single update from these scumbags.You are honestly better off going to your local dollar store. This company uses a COVID-19 as an excuse, which is utter b.s considering that I don't even live that far from the actual warehouse and that mail carriers are still up and running. I was so excited to get my items. Please put your money elsewhere.
