Tons of plastic waste!
My products arrived within two weeks of placing my order. No complaints about the product quality for the price. I am however shocked at the amount of packaging that was required for three small items to be shipped. It was absolutely ridiculous and unnecessary. In addition, none of the packaging was recyclable. I will be going to my local drugstore for a beauty blender next time and skipping the waste until they fix this.

If I could give them no stars I would. I made an order on November 4th, 2019. In aware of the processing time so the 3-5 business days for processing didn’t upset me. Within this time, that state on their website in FAQ, if you need to change your address email customer service under the subject line incorrect address.
I needing to do so, emailed them not once, not twice, not thrice, but four times!!!!!
Each time I sent the email I got their automated bs email as seen below.

IT HAS BEEN OVER 6 DAYS YET I GOT NO RESPONSE.
Not to mention they shipped my order to the incorrect address and charged my card even though I got no response to my emails (I sent at least three more after shipment, making 7 in total).
Their customer service is terrible. Their shipping service is terrible. I will not be spending my money with this company anymore.
I’m going to contact my bank with so the proof and get myself a refund because this is ridiculous.

Customer service is horrible. When there’s a problem or defective item they ask for pictures which were sent . Then they come up with an excuse on how they’re not defective and there’s nothing they can do . Horrible experience time after time. Will never buy again . You are better off going with WISH. 😒

OK so back in April I ordered about five dollars worth of lipgloss and it came within five days of the purchase I ordered it a second time on August 3 I placed the order August 6 the order was confirmed on August 8 the order was shipped out yesterday August 14 I was going through looking for the package I went on DTHL and it says the package was supposed to come Thursday which is today August 15th I tried calling Miss A which they don’t have a phone number they only have email so then I emailed this was the exact email

If there was a no star that's what I would have chosen. I've been a regular customer and had been purchasing several items. I haven't had any problem until just recently when they sent me the wrong item. I emailed with photos of what was received and ordered. I emailed them explaining what happened and they wouldn't replace it until they receive confirmation that the item was returned. And it was for a $30+ item. It shows that they don't trust their customers. They won't credit the account either unless they receive the item. How dishonest is that? They won't do anything for the customer. All they care about is what's in favor of them.

$200 order placed on 27 May and still not received. I've contacted the shippers (USPS and DHL) and both stated they didn't have the package it was with a 3rd party and requested that I contact the Shop Miss A. I have gone back and forth with Shop Miss A since 12 Jun and they keep telling me I need to wait and refuse to either resend the order or work to locate my package. Don't waste your time with them I will be disputing the order with the bank. Their shipping methods have steadily gone down hill and their lackluster customer service isn't helpful to the customer.

Im extremely surprised the packaged showed up especially with the items i requested. Again surprised. I read previous reviews inwhich the package didnt show up or was missing items or items were damaged so I was paranoid. But the package came didnt wait to long, I ordered about 22 items and they showed up, and weren’t damaged (thankfully) so overall not too bad for my first time. Would I shop here again? most likely. I do hope that those who had bad experiences with this store get resolved.

I absolutely love Shopmissa. I purchase something at Shopmissa every week, sometimes in-store and sometimes online. I've never had an issue in-store, but I don't usually ask for assistance. I know what I want so I'm good, I just want to shop. I've had a few issues with my online orders, but usually my orders arrive just fine. When I have had an issue with an online order, like a missing item, an incorrect item. Shopmissa goes above and beyond my expectations. Every time, I am happy with the resolution.

I ordered and got mine shipped all the way to Dubai. It took 5- 6 business days to be fulfilled, then it took another 12 business days to be delivered. International shipping has a tracking number when its still in the US but you don't get one once its out. So the whole time I was trying to locate the package thinking it was still in the US I received a call from the local post saying that my package is ready to be delivered. So I'm actually pleasantly surprised. No issues with my items, got a prompt reply from customer service when I had doubts. If not for the really long delivery time I would have given this a 5 star.
Called about late shipping, rude rep
The customer service rep was very rude when I asked her about my order. As if she was doing me a special favor with an attitude, when I am the one spending my money. This was a horrible experience! I've never had this issue before on top of the rude lady my stuff was delayed in shipping which is why I contacted them to begin with. Please get it together, customer service is key to any business! Common courtesy is very simple to do, especially for someone in business for themselves!
