Great price for the shoes (Vans) and came in a timely matter

Slow to ship product, but Fed Ex delivered quickly once shipped. Nomads is also very slow to respond to emails. I only sent a few, but kept having to chase for a response. Responses were short and blunt.

Nomads had a specific version of the Black Volcom Heran Jacket advertised on their website, which I was searching for specifically as my husband had his jacket burned in a fire. This jacket was offered on many different websites, however, they all had the new design where the hood strings went through a sewn sleeve and the inside was suede material. Nomads had two photos displaying that the Volcom Hernan Jacket which they had for sale was in fact the design where the hood strings were NOT sewn through a sleeve, but instead had a leather cord lock for the hoodie string and the inside material was more of silky lining (easy to clean off). This was exactly, what we wanted as I knew that if it was the same design as the old jacket, I could select the same size. We never heard of Nomads as we are located on the East Coast, and decided to purchase from them instead of another competitor (Altitude) who had the new version of the jacket described above for not only less cost, but offered free shipping at the time. When the jacket had arrived we were so excited, but then disappointed as it turned out the Volcom Hernan Jacket was not the same as the photos advertised; it was the new design of the jacket that we were trying to avoid. On their website, you can see that the only photo they have of the new version of the jacket is available in the color Military (which costs more than the black and army color, to where their photos displayed the old design.)
We truly thought they were offering two different versions of the jacket due to the two different prices. I initially tried to contact Nomad through the chat inbox that they provide on their website, but recieved no response after a few days, so I called the store on a Friday. It turns out that the photos are outdated, and when I explained the situation to the store clerk she informed me that she would have to get back to me on Monday as to how we could resolve this issue, as the jacket fits a little more snugged and of course for the small false advertisement. I did not receive the call on Monday, so I followed up a couple of days after. She then informed me that she found out that we could return the jacket and they would cover the courier fees. I do appreciate Nomad offering to take the Jacket back, but I could not give a 5 Star to my experience because I also feel misled and that we did miss out on a better deal. Could I have asked for a discount? Yes, however, the sale at Altitude was over and I could no longer prove what their competitor was selling it for. Overall, Nomad has a great selection but definitely could improve their marketing/advertisement and customer service. The outdated photos are still used on the website.

Item was as listed and arrived next day. Service was great. However the toe buckle broke on my first run. I think I have a defective left binding. Can’t reach Burton for warranty. Had to buy new buckles online.

Customer support is unresponsive. Everything is smooth on the selling side but impossible to contact them for a return. I've sent a pair of boots back and still waiting for a refund. In the meantime, nobody is replying to my emails.

Be warned, return window is only one week. No one picks up the phone either and email correspondence is extremely slow.

I passed my return window unknowingly, thinking I at least had 14 days minimum like most retailers. Item is absolutely unused, untouched, all stickers still on, but they won't budge and won't return emails. Now I have to try to sell it off.

These boots has a great design and good quality construction. It’s comfortable and has a mid flex (6/10). The dual Boa system works very well, it’s fast and gives me a precise adjustment to fit on my feet.
The only caveat I found is about insulation, on temperatures around -10°/-12°C my feet started to get cold.
Overall it’s a comfy and stylish boot that doesn’t break the bank.
