After a week.... No sign of product or any mail ,not a single message...even after sending a reminder

Pathetic product where they have mentioned linen pant but in discription it is 90 per ent cotton.and quite expensive.rhough they are giving free shipping but if you want to return them charge 150 rs min as shipping fee. Also if you want to exchange the product they take around one month time after numerous followup. Will not recommend to anyone.

This company is fraud I have ordered pant unfortunately it's not fit me well so I return it it's been almost 15 Days and I regularly try to get updated they don't return my refund don't orders on this website.

Today I have received a parcel of a combo pack of two culottes and was asked to pay Rs.400/- against an outstanding balance of Rs. 499/- from their end. It helped me to redeem my balance amount, thanks to the authorities.
I am also satisfied with my purchase of culottes earlier.

Very bad products. The pants I bought tore on the first wear. Bought a set of 3 and reimbursement will be processed only for the remaining 2. Never buy

Don't get fooled by their ads. The quality of the fabric, the quality of cut, the quality of stitching is the worst of its kind. They never deliver what they promise. Their rates are exorbitant for the lowest quality. My sincere advice is not get carried away with their ads and get cheated.

I ordered twice from shopolics - once for me and other time for my daughter. Both time we were highly DISAPPOINTED. Quality of material is poor, colors and fitting do not match photos shown on website. And for returning to them you need to courier the items back at your expense which is not easy. So NOT RECOMMENDED to purchase from here.

Product quality worse.

Zero rating. I purchase handloom fabric through my debit card in shopolics. My amount debt for fabric items. Shopolics not send purchased items. Contact number switched off. I lost ₹950. Shopolics is a fraudulent company. Don't buy in this website friends. I am going complaint this website.

Me and my 2 friends placed order for pants. They paid online and I ordered cash on delivery. Half the items were out of stock.We got a call from their customer service, it's listed in stock on their website. I had also ordered a cut piece and it was defective. It was picked up and the money was adjusted against another item. The customer service was responding. Me and my 2 friends finally had to buy some other items forcibly as our money was with the seller. I was on call with their customer service daily for 4 days after receiving my order. I bought ikat pants which are decent quality. I always order a size bigger. It would be lot more easy for everyone if they correctly update their website with the items in stock and not send defective items to the customer.

But at your own risk and in CoD payment mode.

Worst more than worst they say they have return policy but they don't

I wanted the size and colour to be changed and after repeated mails no one is responding. The phone number given also has no response. Totally unprofessional behaviour of the company. It's not user friendly at all
All my money wasted. Not recommended. Fabric not too great either.
