Searching for the best deal led me right here and it paid off. I snagged an amazing discount on a washing machine.

Scam site paid for a washer on the 11th of September was meant to be delivered on the 30th of September they said they would give me 20% discount or a full refund the refund was meant to be in my account today and had nothing stay away from the site it’s a massive scam

Having read the reviews of this “company” it seems that others are facing the same problem. Ordering an air fryer from their website and then it doesn’t arrive. They offer a discount for the delay but that doesn’t come either. Avoid.

This site is a scam. The listed telephone number is never answered, their courier company doesn't exist in reality and their registered office is that of a builder. My bank processed a charge back after non supply of goods and their bank account appears to belong to some kind of travel agency.
Don't be fooled by positive reviews - I suspect they may not be real!

We bought an Air Fryer last month, delivery was expected 2 weeks ago. Emailed the company several times but they are not responding. The phone number for customer services 07468694937 is an invalid number. Also, when you click on the company name, it comes up with RKM Builders Ltd? So, we have lost our money. Please do not use this company. I wouldn't even give them one star.

I ordered an airfryer at the beginning of September. I paid for the product straight away. Delivery was give 30th September that came and went. I contacted the company who then said we hadn't paid for it. Showed proof of payment they said they were sending it by the 4th of October. We are now on the 4th of October I haven't had any delivery information for the product, I haven't had any communication on whether its delayed. I have emailed them they aren't getting back to me. This was a christmas present for someone and its highly unlikely its going to come. I am very disappointed about this! Do not use this company

Stay away from these scammers. No such company exist. I have reported them now. do not look for bargain or discount. This is their trick to scam you.

Awful!! Do not buy anything from here!! Placed order 06/09. My order was due to arrive 11/09. Does not arrive. I email them asking they respond saying it will arrive 25/09. Doesn't arrive. 26/09 I email asking where it is and no answer. It’s now 02/10 and still no further updates. I can only assume this is a scam. Fortunately I have paid with a credit card so I will raise a dispute to ensure my money is refunded.

I ordered and paid for an air fryer 3 weeks ago. The delivery date was 24/9/25, then I received an email saying the order would be delayed and would I like to wait until the 27/9/25, and receive a 20% discount or cancel order - i replied saying i could wait until 27/9/25. Still no delivery and no response to my emails. The tracking number they gave me still says its on its way but not yet out for delivery. Do.Not.Order.From.Here

Never received any delivery

This is a scam, received order number and several emails to start. Then no delivery on date stated then all communication stopped. Cannot get anyone to respond to me. Reported to my bank. STAY AWAY from this website

Its a scam. No phone picked up no emails answered. I have contacted by bank to get my money back.

Scam do not use. Cannot get hold of anybody. Scam courier service. I ordered 3/9/25 before any scam reviews appeared now contacting my bank to get my money back.

I ordered and paid an air fryer online a month ago. The delivery date was 25th Sept, then the 27th Sept, still nothing, no response to my emails, the phone is always switched off, no delivery update. I genuinely believe this is a scam - be warned folks!

I bought a washing machine from them on the 7/9/25 I was then emailed to say the item wouldn't arrive until 26/9/25 which i thought was a bit long but I could live with in the mean time they have offered me 10% back which i agreed too, I emailed them on the 24/9 to make sure it was still coming and I get nothing in reply from them just the money put back in my bank. Really odd company and wouldn't advise anyone to buy from them I've wasted 3 weeks nearly with these for something amazon are going to deliver in 2 days now!!!!

I’m really satisfied with my purchase. The fridge freezer arrived exactly on the agreed delivery date and has been running perfectly since. Compared to other online retailers, the price was very reasonable.

I believe this company to be fake. The link to the courier was non functional, the tracking number was fake and the fake courier website was very sparse with their information with no contact details. When I queried this with shopping14 they replied telling me a refund had been issued without me asking. This to-date has not happened. I asked them for proof of refund and was sent a screenshot of the transaction-whether this is genuine or fake i will have to wait and see. When I queried the non functional courier site low and behold within minutes it was working but only for a few hours. I have informed my credit card company and sent them proof of a refund. I will give an update when i have anymore info. I did come on trustpilot to read the reviews first and saw the 5 star rating but did not notice they were all very recent and common names used. Thanks to the reviewer that pointed this out. Its something else i will always look at in future. UPDATE: I received my full refund from this company 1 day after it was offered. I have rang my bank and its a genuine refund. I would still be cautious with this company because i actually sent them an email saying i would expose them if they didn't give me the documentation I requested but they gave me a refund instead!

Scam website DO NOT use. This is a scam website set up to steal people's money. The phone number listed is not in use. The company details given on the website are a building firm and have no knowledge of this website. The positive reviews listed on this site appear to be fake.

You can tell the reviews are all fake when every single name is an English person... LOL
