Erika of SIJ was in contact with me the whole time from the moment I purchased the watch until the day it arrived. she kept me in the loop and aware of the shipping process from Japan all the way to Hawaii. it arrived rather quickly via DHS with the delivery person hand delivering it to me. it was an amazing experience and I would not hesitate to buy again from SIJ. customer service was outstanding.
