We would also like to clarify that our customer support team would never simply tell a customer to "check back later." Demand was far greater than anticipated, and despite hiring additional staff and bringing in as much stock as possible, we unfortunately fell behind schedule. We understand how disappointing it was to receive your order so close to the end of the tournament.

Regarding the sizing, the honest truth is that not all football shirts fit the same. Different manufacturers use different sizing and cuts. For example, the Brazil shirt is manufactured by Nike, while the Mexico shirt is manufactured by adidas. It's very common for Nike and adidas shirts to fit differently, even when they're both labelled as the same size.

For this reason, we offer exchanges for customers who need a different size. We understand it's frustrating when two shirts fit differently, but unfortunately this is something that exists across football apparel due to the different manufacturers' sizing standards.

We are disappointed that you chose to leave this review after we spent a considerable amount of time investigating your concerns. During our investigation, we found that the tracking number and the packaging shown for the H&M parcel did not match the parcel we shipped to you.

It is impossible for us to have sent an H&M T-shirt. We do not sell H&M products, nor do we have any H&M merchandise in our warehouse. We thoroughly investigated the information you provided and confirmed that the tracking number shown on the H&M parcel did not match the tracking number for the parcel we sent to you. Additionally, the packaging shown was not our packaging. Based on this, we were unable to verify that the H&M parcel had any connection whatsoever to your order.

Our team dedicated significant time to assisting you and investigating the matter, but unfortunately, the evidence provided did not correspond with the shipment we sent.

We always strive to resolve genuine issues for our customers, but we also have to base our decisions on the evidence available. For this reason, we believe this review does not accurately reflect what occurred.

Hi Alessio,

We're sorry that your experience did not go as you had hoped.

Throughout this process, our team spent a considerable amount of time assisting you and communicating with both you and DHL to try to resolve the delivery issue.

According to DHL, delivery could not be completed because you were unavailable to receive the parcel, or the name on the shipment did not match the name at the delivery location. As a result, DHL redirected the package to a local collection point for pickup.

Unfortunately, the parcel was never collected from the pickup location, and DHL has now marked it as being returned to us. Until the package is returned, we are unable to issue a refund or send a replacement, as the shipment is still in transit within DHL's network.

We understand this is frustrating, but we hope you can appreciate that this situation was outside of our control. As soon as the parcel is returned to us, we will be able to work with you on the next steps in accordance with our policy.
