Paid but Never Received My Order

Very disappointing experience. I waited over 4 weeks before my order was even shipped. When it finally was, the package never arrived. I was told that DHL was unable to deliver it, but no solution was ever offered.
I contacted customer support several times, but they simply told me to deal with the shipping company myself instead of helping or refunding me.
In the end, I lost my money and never received my order. I cannot recommend this company.

Throughout this process, our team spent a considerable amount of time assisting you and communicating with both you and DHL to try to resolve the delivery issue.
According to DHL, delivery could not be completed because you were unavailable to receive the parcel, or the name on the shipment did not match the name at the delivery location. As a result, DHL redirected the package to a local collection point for pickup.
Unfortunately, the parcel was never collected from the pickup location, and DHL has now marked it as being returned to us. Until the package is returned, we are unable to issue a refund or send a replacement, as the shipment is still in transit within DHL's network.
We understand this is frustrating, but we hope you can appreciate that this situation was outside of our control. As soon as the parcel is returned to us, we will be able to work with you on the next steps in accordance with our policy.

Absolutely terrible
It's been 10 days. No updates on my order. I try to contact them and it's AI support or pre-filled messages that aren't relevant to my problem. No actual way to contact a real human being and discuss the issue. The shirt are ordered doesn't even show in the shop anymore. I type my order number and phone number into the track your order bar and it says it can't find it. I have to go to my shopify account to track it and it just says "preparing your order"This feels like I've been scammed.
EDIT: I was going to leave this situation alone as I finally received my order. But The Shirt Plugs tried to pull my review for "defamation" so I'm going to give you the absolute truth.
I ordered a 4XL Japan Away Shirt. What I received looked the part but was far from it. I have 2XL shirts that are larger than this thing. I can barely fit in it. The material is cheap and flimsy.
I honestly think they couldn't fulfil my actual order anymore so instead of actually using their regular supply they just ordered something from one of those cheap websites like DHGate and sent me that.
It's not even made by them, it's made from Indonesia.
I honestly wouldn't waste your time. I posted this review ages ago and the first human contact I've had from anyone in the company was them trying to take it down for defamation and then when that didn't happen, they offer my a pithy discount.
You're better off saving your money and ordering from DHGate. It's cheaper and the exact same quality.

My order was placed on June 14 and was delivered on July 6. The quality of the product is excellent. It’s not an original item, of course, but it’s a very high-quality replica with embossed details, excellent stitching, and even the fabric closely matches the original. I’m very impressed with the overall quality.
I think some people expect international orders to arrive within a week, but it’s important to remember that these products are shipped from countries like Thailand or China, and shipping takes time. If you’re buying for a special event, I’d recommend ordering at least a month in advance to avoid disappointment.

Good enough for the price
The quality of the jersey I bought it’s very good, I don’t really see the difference from the original one, my only issue was that it took longer than promised when I make the purchase, it was supposed to be sent the 23 of June and got actually sent the 26, with a promise of 7-10 days, it arrived today 9 of July, a few days extra so I dont complain to much, I wish they would give a tracking number that indeed gives updates since the beginning, they gave the dhl number for when the package enter the country and didn’t gave updates until the last 3 days so it didn’t felt safe enough I was not getting scammed, I’m glad I didn’t tho. Also the sizing it’s quite small so I order a very big one to fit properly

Regarding the tracking, we have a dedicated tracking page on our website, which provides daily updates throughout the journey and offers much more detailed tracking before the parcel reaches the final carrier.
We'd like to clarify that if you track the parcel only through the DHL tracking number, updates generally won't appear until the shipment has arrived in your country and entered DHL's network.
As for the sizing, our shirts use European sizing and have a slimmer fit than some customers may be used to, which is why we provide a detailed size chart with measurements on our website.

Our website clearly states that our free shipping service takes approximately **10–14 days after dispatch**, and during the World Cup we communicated that processing times were longer due to the exceptional demand.
Regarding our policies, our website clearly states that we operate an **exchange-only** policy. This policy exists to protect our business from customers purchasing shirts for major events such as the World Cup, wearing them during the tournament, and then attempting to return them for a refund afterwards.
Our returns policy also clearly states that returns are sent to **Australia**, as that is where our business is based. This information is available before purchasing, allowing customers to make an informed decision.
Finally, we're disappointed to see our business described as a scam. Rubbish and scam
I bought four identical shirts for the family and they were all of poor quality. The seams are crooked and bubbled and the pieces that are sewn on are crooked and misaligned. It looks like the shirts was sewn by an 8-year-old with Parkinson's. Too bad you can't attach pictures here to show what rubbish it is.
Did I mention that the communicated delivery time of 10-14 days took 32 days?
They even faked reviews on the website in my name.
In case of complaints you can contact them through Instagram and when you do that you get blocked.
