I placed an order with Skin Clinic over 5 months ago, and I still haven’t received anything. I even paid for shipping twice, but I’ve received no response, no apology, and no refund. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I do not recommend this store at all
Never received my order even though I placed order over 1 month ago end of december . This is the First time this has happened to me though I knew shipping was to happen on 15th Jan it's now 15 days later
So not happy as my skin has broke out again and was patiently waiting for the oil.
I ordered on 21/09/22 and paid extra for 1 day shipping. I had the money taken straight out of my account but never received a tracking number or my order. I reached out to them on the 27/09/22 via their contact me page. I received nothing back. Now on the 4th October I have reached out again via email (no response) and via chat - no response despite it saying they will get back to you in 3 days from the email contact form and within an hour via the chat page. The product is good but the customer service is atrocious and makes me think I have just lost a lot of money.
