Refused to make a return

I made an online purchase of 6 packs of Nike socks. Found out that I do not need them. I requested a refund via phone and was told my purchase was considered a "Bulk Purchase" and is not eligible for a return/refund. The website does not indicate a number that will make an order to be a Bulk Purchase. I told the customer service rep and she said 4 or more of the same item, then she said "Well on the website it says repeat purchases, and since there is an 's' on the word purchase, that means it's plural".
WHAT?!?!?! Plural means greater than 1, like it can literally any number greater than the number 1. So is it more than 1 or 4 of the same item?
I contacted their "Help" department via email and received the same generic response.

Legit site. No bs. What u see is what u get

Ordered my daughter a pair of Nikes. I was sketchy at first not ordering from this site before. Real nike shoes. Brand new conditon. Felt like i ordered from Nike. :) They had a great price and delivered within a week. Thank you!

Solid Company

Don't bother. Go to a store!!!!!

The Skechers are made like trash. Cheap. Junky. Flimsy. Very overpriced. Got charged for shipping to and from. The shoes were way too big, & I ordered my usual size, which I have like 10 pairs of. Couldn't get a different pair, because they had no more. Took for ever to get the order. Return the order. & get my HALF A*S refund! I don't recommend shopping on this site, unless you don't care about wasting $ on shipping charges, because you will be charged! Bogus. Not worth the time, or $ wasted. Will not buy from again

100% Happy

I ordered a pair of shoes on sale for half off the price at Journey's. I was a little hesitant because of the reviews. I noticed most of the bad reviews are because the people ordering the wrong size, needing exchanges, returning past window, etc. I had no issues with the website. The chat was a little slow to respond, but they did answer my question. I got my delivery in a timely manner via FedEx. I was given a tracking number. I received the Converse box for the shoes that I ordered. The shoes weren't in a damaged box or loose in plastic. The shoes were perfect. 100% satisfied and save alot of money. My tip is know what shoes you want. Know the size and have tried them on at a store or at least the same brand/style, so that you know what your are ordering. Use a credit card to pay just in case.

Absolutely scammers

Absolutely scammers. They list items as sale and then say you can’t return clearance items which is not indicated anywhere on the items page. You have click to 3 external links to see clearance means sale to them even though their verbiage is sale. And then indicate clearance is none returnable. I simply wanted an exchange.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. they rip you off. I bought 2 pair of boots on sale that were too small. They were supposed to swap about for a bigger size. Instead, they gave me my money back and told Me I needed to rebuy them both at the full price. even though I already purchased them At a sale price with other things that I kept. If they think i'm gonna give full price for something that I already paid a sale price for their crazy. This is one of the companies we need to boycott and never order from because they're stealing our money just like the chinese are stealing our freedoms.

I went to a store that there own website said that shoes were available and of course they wasn't I received terrible customer service they didn't even try to help me this is the first and last time at there stores I will never walk foot in there stores again just the worst experience I wasted time, money and gas and I will never refer this place to nobody family or friends or even strangers for that matter

Enter the 2209 Lake Mead Blvd location…

Enter the 2209 Lake Mead Blvd location in Vegas around 3pm As we entered we were asked to leave our bag at the front (we did ) however there’s no sign states that we must leave our bags . As we exit that establishment and grab our bag ( which is secure in anyway) I politely informed security and staff that a sign must be present. The employee at that location rudely interrupts me and say “ Have A nice day” over and over in a derogatory tone. Very bad customer service knowing they are wrong!!!! No stars!

I sent the wrong email when I ordered…

I sent the wrong email when I ordered and was never able to contact wss to change the email. Trying to create an account. Was nearly impossible they keep saying either the pw or the email was incorrect and I did this multiple times. Now I am worried that someone else is getting my emails and a lot can go wrong from there.

Received used/returned shoes

I ordered a pair of tie dye converse for my nieces birthday. When I asked customer service when they would arrive they would not be me an answer. The shoes arrived and when I opened the package I could tell these were worn and returned. The box was tore up, the shoes were scuffed up, the laces had stickers in them, the shoes had marks on the inside along with cat or dog hair. My nieces birthday party was the very next day and I didn’t have the present I was wanting to give her. I did my part by ordering and paying in time to have these here for her birthday party. This company did not do their part in supplying the shoes that I was promised in new condition. I was given the option to return the shoes and get a refund or to return the shoes and get a replacement. But I am still upset that I had to go buy another gift to replace the shoes so I would have a present to bring to the party. That’s extra money out of my pocket for an incompetent company. I should have ordered from Footlocker or another company.

BUYER BEWARE!!!

Worse customer service ever I purchased some Jordans the box was demaged they were worn dirty and creased. They wouldn't even give me a discount so I repaired them myself after months of contacting corporate and all there other stores they say they will just refund me now out of nowhere and they better not be worn!!! wowwww they are crazy and rude saying that will make it' right hung up me several times don't waste your money and time you won't get what you purchase they should be a second hand store

I arrived at a wss location in san antonio tx on commerce 12 Mins before closing time and dude seen me as I pulled up and he locked the door. They are supposed to close at 9 pm. I had 12 mins till 9 and they had already closed and locked the door before 9pm. Very rude.
