Shore Residential Surveyors offers its clients a personal, professional service which is reflected in the quality and detail of our report writing, we do not use standard paragraphs. We include photographs with all reports and Home buyers include a valuation at no extra cost. Once instructed we book the survey direct with the agents or vendors. We aim to email the completed report within 3-7 working days depending on the type and complexity of the survey. Clients can ring the surveyor for verbal feedback on the day of the survey, prior to receiving the report and post report discussion if required.

Excellent Homebuyers Survey

Christopher and Lynn were very professionally and ensured I was aware of timelines beforehand and when Chris was on site he phoned and let me know about the issues as he could see them before including them in a well written report. He did suggest an extra need for drone photography from a different company and allowed that company to bill me separately. Because of his report and these photos, the vendor agreed to a new price based on the repairs needed
