Absolutely appalling company
Absolutely appalling company. Brought 2 flasks quality terrible as they don't retain any heat. Asked for refund within 14 days they refused they will only replace despite Consumer Act When you buy goods online from a trader, the goods must be of satisfactory quality as described and fit for purpose. If there's a problem with the item you are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair. they are breaking the law!!!! Do not buy anything from them. So upsetting as Ive never had this experience from any company before.

I recently brought a food flask as I’d like to start having a hot lunch at work. The company were quick to dispatch it. It arrived and looked great. I followed the instructions and put hot soup in it, 4 hours later I opened it to find the soup was just warm, I’m so disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend one
No show from SHO
I have given this company one star for their ability to take my booking and payment. However this is where everything stops as my it is very much a 'no show' SHO bottle. Payment was made for the items on July 15th and whilst I have communicated by email asking where the item was there has been no response three weeks later and no sign of the item purchased. An email was sent with a tracking number for the post office delivery but the tracking number is not recognised at all.

All my bottles and food flasks have been amazing, great quality and lovely colours. Wonderful interactions with customer service on facebook and instagram.
My latest order was the mystery box and I couldnt be happier with it dog pattern food flask, pink cup and bright green 750ml bottle, little clip and a replacement lid and also my cat loved the box so a win win alround

However the customer service ,updates and lack or responses to problems on social media platforms have been totally unacceptable.
Releasing products at certain times in the day and stating this only to change it when over 3/4 of their cliental have already set reminders for the original release time.
They have had a-lot of unhappy customers who commented their valid points over social media only for them to completely ignore and disregard potential buyers.
When trying to purchase items when they’re apparently out of stock you will still get reminders as if they’re in stock and ready to check out from
Your basket.
This is not the case just a waste of your time.

I have a faulty 1ltr original 2.0 bottle that loses temperature both hot and cold drastically. I’ve was sent some questions which I answered and then 1 day later I get asked the same questions.
I’ve had enough now, it’s as though they don’t want to deal with the issue by either refunding or replacing the bottle. Absolute fraud of a company. Please beware of this company
WONT STAY HOT EVEN FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS
I bought the large food flask at Xmas. I contacted sho did exactly as they say its still not hot food after a couple of hours. I fill to the top with boiling water keep it in 10/15 min fill the flask full.which wastes food, had I known u need to fully fill I would not have bought large. When I go to have my dinner in work it had to be taken out and microwaved. Poor. Would not recommend
SHO water flask.
Brilliant piece of kit holding 1 1/2 litres of cold water for 2 working gundogs. Big enough to keep them hydrated and strong enough to rattle about in the back of the car without leaking. Cracking product and highly recommended. Will get another one before summer.

I have the food flask, Calix and Pacto and they do what they say. I did have problems with the food flask, but emails back and forth with Katie sorted everything out. Without hesitation I would recommend Sho.

I loved the design of the bottle and it arrived in just a few days! I was really surprised at some of the other reviews. Amazing customer service and beautiful design. I would definitely recommend this company to friends looking for a waterbottle.

Poor service
Faulty flask took ages to deliver and poor customer service . Late or no replies to emails for replacement. Still without a flask three weeks after order. No phone number and poor email service.
No better than cheaper alternatives.
I ordered a bottle including personalisation costing over £20 as I was disappointed with other water bottle leaking after a short time. After 3 months of use, this bottle has developed a fault with the thread and needs 30-40 turns of the lid to get it off and also leaks. I was expecting better from a premium product and won’t recommend or re-purchase again.
Absolutely woeful service
Absolutely woeful service. It took a full week for the item to be dispatched. This meant it would be too late to be gifted. No response to e mails until they informed me the item would be sent regardless and I was responsible for paying return postage. Avoid purchasing.
Avoid this company at all costs
Sent one wrong item and one broken one. Refused to supply return address and suggested I modify the product myself. Really, really bad customer service. Avoid this company at all costs.

Contacted SHO to inform them my Flexi lids were developing hairline cracks.
Tues 19 Apr 2022
Got a reply saying they were aware of issue and new lids won't be ready until May/June.
Wed 29 Jun 2022
Contacted SHO again to find out when new lids are available.
Thu 30 Jun 2022.
Told lids not finished in time, so should be getting them end of July/Aug.
Mon 5th Sept
Emailed again. Still not received lids.
Tue 6 Sep 22
Same excuse of manufacturer not finishing on time again and should be receiving this month.
My Flexi cup is pretty useless without a lid as the drink gets cold faster. Getting colder quicker also due to Winter creeping up. It's getting beyond a joke now, waiting and being fobbed off with the same excuse.
Update:
12 Oct Finally received my lids! Can now go back to enjoying hot drinks.
Don't buy kids' bottles
Really terrible experience.
I bought a water bottle for my small child with a straw lid. I thought this was ideal as he is too young to open a screw top bottle.
The first straw lid was faulty - no water came up. It took weeks for them to respond to me and then to send a replacement.
The second (a few weeks later) was not only faulty but too long for the bottle.
In all this time, my child had not 'used' the bottle, only tried it out the first time and discovered it didn't work.
I had to buy another bottle from a different retailer (which worked brilliantly- highly recommend hydroflask).
Finally they agreed to refund the lid but not the rest of the purchase despite offering this as a kind of package on the website.
They have finally agreed to refund the bottle if I send it to them but will not pay the return postage. They are quite happy for me to be out of pocket because of their inferior product.
They say this is because 'it has been used!' I am really not sure how I am supposed to tell the product is faulty without using it. The rest of the bottle is useless without a functioning lid since it is for a small child.
I can see now why they sell the lids separately - it's so they can say the bottle is fine and not refund it.
Before this, i bought from them several times and despite the fact we had issues with every single order, they were generally resolved.
This time is beyond ridiculous. I won't use again
