Small item but same good service
I had been searching for a particular part for my tap that everywhere else had said there were stock issue. They didn't have it in stock but got hold of it and delivered within a 5 day period. There was no great money value with this but I felt it was still a priority. Well done.

Wrong part
Unfortunately wrong part sent with the correct label . the part sent is for the new model of advance/atl shower post 2015 but the one it should have been is 2008/2013 older model.

Very good service I had a shower that the valve was leaking but no plumber would come unless I identified the valve cartridge first but to get to it I had to remove it

So called shower doctor they identified the cartridge immediately should have just called them first
So as I had to have the valve out I finished repair myself
