I found shpok very disappointing felt like all buyers was scammers due to having a flat clearance I had loads of people make offer but all seemed automotive response asking for pay pal and saying a courier will pick item up .I got mad with this has my advert clearly stated I don't do PayPal or bank transfer it's cash only .then to be sent another message from buyer .I don't do other means of payment .if they have money to pay through PayPal I'm sure they can draw the cash out the ATM. Seems abit dodgey to me so I've uninstalled it .I wouldn't recommend it .

Today and last night I got notifications that someone wanted to buy some of my items . When I go on the shpock app there's no way of communicating with buyers because I can't get in touch with them , then there's a red light above my mailbox and when I click it it takes me to my item that someone wants to buy but there's no message or anyway of communicating with the buy , same as there's a name of a person in my Gmail account from shpock saying they want to buy my item and when I click that link I go to the shpock website straight on to my listing the person wants to buy but there's no message , offer from them or any way to contact the buyer .

No wonder I can't sell anything on here .
Shpock is a waste of time in my opinion .
Maybe if I paid to promote my adds I might sell something ?
So I deleted all my items and I'll use gumtree instead .

They don’t help you at all even when a buyer excepted a deal and never shows up.
The company just lets the buyer off.
It’s now a scam site for anyone.

Horrific experience! Even though I paid for extra buyer protection shpock are refusing to return my money. I paid 350 pounds for a iPad and now I am out of pocket. I literally have had my money stolen by these crooks. I will be taking them to court. Will update on what happens.

Thought this place looked good with great reviews after getting terrible service from eBay after 10 years. Was very mistaken listed my first & only item, a Tudor Watch but keep getting restricted for counterfeit goods even thought I have provided pictures with all serial codes, warranty cards & receipts showing the watch was purchased from a Rolex watch. Account is restricted so fast each time I re-list & they take ages to respond via email. Not sure it’s worth the hassle getting the account unblocked as it will just get restricted again if some idiot decides without any research that my item is counterfeit.

Excellent service, never had any problems with them whatsoever, they held the money from when I was selling the sheepskin coat untill the client accepted it and verified it was ok. I got my money in my bank within 24 hours, brilliant service, no complaints at all, with over 33 transactions to my name. 5-star as far as I'm concerned.

I paid for an and never received it. The seller ignored my emails. I contacted Shpock customer services several times and got no response. AVOID.

A really great app for buying and selling items that u do not need is fully secured and would highly recommend it to everyone.
