I recently visited the Tottenham branch and had a great exchange with the lovely Mena.

I had misplaced the spare keys to my unit, and she was incredibly helpful, calm, and patient in sorting everything out for me. She provided a new lock and keys quickly and made the whole process very straightforward.

What stood out most was her friendly and professional attitude, she made what could have been a stressful situation feel very easy and angst free.

Really grateful to her (and Dean too) for their wonderful assistance.

Thank you for your help in moving in, it is very daunting at first but thank you too you and the team for making it easier. Very nice storage unit and friendly service

Firstly, due to a glitch in the IT system, I didn't receive my entry code, so I had no way to access my unit. In the end all in all, I loaded up my van, unloaded back into my flat after not getting in, then loaded up again the next day in what was a painful experience. I appreciate receiving a partial discount for my second month, but would still be wary if others have the same experience.

Then, during my time, there was a break-in, including into the unit of someone I know - they were able to pick the locks of multiple units and it was just luck that nothing was taken out of their unit. Makes it hard to trust the customer checks and have faith in the facility's security, if people were able to pose as customers and gain access to our stuff.

Overall though: easy to access, there was usually parking, the unit itself was reasonably clean, and the introductory offer was good.

Sign a 12-month contract. I was told on the phone that for the next 12 months I will pay the same amount; however, after 3 months they increased my payment by £ 20 without any notice. When I emailed them why did they do this they stated that they were allowed to do it. Do not recommend this company!

Staff- well just Abdul, was very helpful and friendly. Costs very clear. Site easy to access. Although I did find myself in the lift with the lights out and despite waving my arms around they didn’t come on! Luckily phones have torches. Second visit went like a dream.

Easy, cheap and peaceful

Best customer service whenever I called the person who picked up the phone who ever it is they all amazing !! The storage is very clean which I’m so happy about and it’s easy access and safe I really recommend Shurgard!!!!!

I've never had a bad experience with this branch location. Always have been kind in person and over the phone. They helped me so much when I had to stop my contract. I wish I remembered all their names because they really deserve a mention. But thank you from the bottom of my heart. If they remember the girl who had way too many stuff and had no Internet.

I recently needed temporary storage while moving house and chose Shurgard in Tottenham. booking process was smooth. I reserved online and completed the process in person . The staff were incredibly helpful, showing me around and explaining how access works via the app. The unit was clean, secure, and easy to reach with trolleys and lifts available. I especially appreciated the flexibility to change unit size later without extra fees. Overall, I’d definitely recommend them.
