Outstanding service from start to finish 10/10
Literally from start to finish everything was 10/10. I had 3 different companies come and give me a quote. As a woman I did not feel comfortable with 2 of them but the guy who came from Shutters Factory was excellent, he made me feel comfortable in my own home, which the others did not, also they had the best prices, by far!! The ordering was easy, and I wasn’t bombarded with emails, just the right amount to let me know how everything was ticking along. When it came to the fitting, the guy was so professional and did a fantastic job!! I have had so many compliments from family, friends and neighbours. I could not be happier!! Thank you to all involved and for providing such an exceptional service 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
