As we've used Shutter your house before we decided to use them again. However Gordon came to our new home and measured up for shutters but when we were ready a few weeks later to go ahead with the order Gordon has completely ignored our emails and text messages. We can only assume he must be very busy and doesn't want our order. So he basically picks and chooses who to ignore depending on how busy he is. This is extremely unprofessional and rude.

Gordon he did a fantastic job and he is friendly and good to talk to.
He clean up after each rooms.
I would highly recommend shut Your House to anyone who asked .

I just wanted to write my thanks to Gordon for our wonderful shutters. Gordon was the only local company bar one to actually bother to reply to our enquiry. He came to our house and we were instantly impressed with his genuine and honest presentation without any "sales pitch". The other company was very pushy and just seemed to focus on money and there was no attention to detail or personal touch whatsoever. Gordon explained in detail how his offering and installation technique differs to a lot of the local companies. Our shutters have now been installed on all 5 front windows. The finish and attention to detail is seemless in every room and utter perfection as far as I am concerned. There are no gaps around the windows and they look like they have been there forever. The shutter doors open smoothly and the tilting system is fantastic. I highly recommend this professional and local company. Definitely get a quote from Gordon and then compare him to others you won't be disappointed, plus he is a very nice guy to have around and very tidy and considerate.

However, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Shutter Your House, we’ve been delighted with Gordon’s professionalism and workmanship, the entire process was stress free, and our lounge & bedroom now look fantastic.
Gordon advised we’d be waiting approximately 12 weeks, and that was a very accurate estimate, unusual in today’s world of dealing with tradesmen where all too often you get left waiting and waiting.
Gordon did the installation himself, and left the house spotless, another sign of a considerate worker.
