Easy to book but local company assigned to do transfer contacted us that their vehicle could not accommodate our luggage, so, we had to cancel and cancelling was NOT easy. Had to go to several websites and finally call... cancelling with Shuttlefinder should have also cancelled local carrier assigned.

Very easy to find what I needed. The comfort level this provided is beyond measure. To know I have reputable transport arranged prior to my trip is the best feeling.

I would not use this company ever again. I booked a ride based on my ability to cancel in advance, etc. That said, I never received an email with the confirmation number. Without that number, there is no way to access the reservation to cancel. At all. And the 800 phone number is a non-working number. I've had to dispute this charge through my credit card company. This company is far too difficult to do business with. No thank you.

The booking process went easy & well. But I did have to cancel my initial booking & rebook new shuttle service due to a flight change. Apparently Shuttle Finder had me double booked even though I had received a “cancellation notice” for the initial booking. The night before my scheduled pickup I was receiving messages from 2 different drivers scheduled to pick us up. After several messages w/ both drivers & finally a phone call from a SF service rep, the problem was corrected & our ride showed up as scheduled. We have used SF before w/o any issues & will continue to book through them for shuttle rides.

Anna was great all the way. Just an important note in the online booking system. Something or someone isn’t talking to the other. I had booked for pickup April 6 for after 10 am around 10:30. Anna came at the door for 9:30. We were panicked. So I verified my times and I was correct. Please note this as it makes things quite challenging on a trip for accuracy.

It was very easy to book online, payment was easy to do, the driver was very communicative!

My flight plans were very late , I tried to cancel but got the run around , told to ctc the driver . Phones numbers didn't, work.
When I return home I,ll try to get a refund .

Scheduling an airport pick up was easy. They communicated well before and during the ride. Knew exactly who and what car I was meeting. They were on time and the vehicle was clean and we'll serviced. Driver was professional and knowledgeable of the area. Very satisfied.

Geo was early, pleasant, informative, and generously handled our luggage. The vehicle was clean, spacious, and the ride was comfortable the whole time.

Great communications with driver and very prompt

Driver was very friendly and polite! Most important thing was On Time!

It was easy to book, reasonably priced too. My driver was great. He was kind and respectful. He even played my favorite music (Creed and Scott Stapp) on the drive. I thought that was cool. He drove safely. I felt comfortable in the vehicle with my daughter.

I ordered a private van and a suv showed up. 4 people with 6 luggage. The man got back in his suv and left us stranded at airport. No van was ever sent. We will never use them again.

As I was trying to input my info it would not accept the info, I had to go out and come back in several times before I could enter all my info. I did send an email for help, but was able to book my info on my own.

I can't find the right agent to speak to, number on confirmation email has changed and then got a hold of an operator with a different number and said could not help to call someone else and didn't give me a number just hung up. Terrible customer service

It seems very easy but I won't be using it until March 1st so I'm not finished yet with the experience.
