This company is a scam. They take your money, give you an estimated ship date range, mine was 12-20 days. Here am over 40 days later. No delivery. Tracking # is fake. Company is gmail. Should known better. Should have read the reviews.

This company are not worth trading with. They are just after your money for no service I STRONGLY recommend you to stay away or you will be very disappointed. I ordered presents for christmas (the wireless car chargers) and they sent flimsy plastic car mount holders that don't charge phones and would struggle to hold them safely. re bought through amazon and delivered same day lucky. STAY AWAY FROM SHYARA. Still waiting for them to provide me with a return address.... after multiple emails........

Took a month and a half to get here. Thought I got scammed but it eventually came after several emails. I hope the quality is better than the shipping and customer service. But it did end up coming which I didn’t think it would

Eventually got the product - it was ordered in November and now that I have it it’s broke 🙄. From looking at these reviews I probably won’t get anywhere by complaining!

This is a SCAM..... I have contacted these people by several emails and still NO PRODUCT! They have my tracking and order numbers and saying it's in the mail. I'm going to contact the BBB! These people have to be reported and STOPPED!

I never received three phone chargers and they will not respond in any email. Total scam

DO NOT ORDER!!!! I paid extra for express, that was 1 month ago, they wont answer emails!!!! scam!!!they just said, they been sent! I have sent 4 emails requesting refund, was suppose be here for xmas so I paid extra for express!! I just want my refund!!!! I am letting FB know as its on their feed

Ordered in November. Still haven’t received it. And of course I’ve been charged. Emailing their customer service results in a bot typing back some bull***t

This company is scamming us all. Over 60 days, and I paid extra for expedited shipping, and still no product received.
Don’t waste your money or time.

Looks like we're all in the same boat. Did any of you ever receive your orders? I placed an order November and still never received my order. I'm just going to dispute the charge. Definitely a scam.

I should have looked at reviews before purchase. Still waiting for order. My PayPal account was also charged. We all need to notify PayPal, social media and file complaints with whoever is the appropriate federal agency.

Ordered on dec 12 express shipping to arrive for christmas.i have received responses from several different so called customer care and all they say is be patient.. in transit! I think i got scammed too! And it was 3 Christmas presents i promised to my kids!

Same problem as everyone else. Clicked on an Instagram ad, (12/13/19) bought through PayPal, have not received the products but my credit card was charged immediately. I have tried to contact the company with no luck. Do not buy from this company but take it a step further and don’t buy off an Instagram ad. Unfortunate this has happened to me twice now.

I guess i fell in the same scam with the others. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
will i order from them and why would Paypal keep allowing them to be used. i guess they are the same. I placed the order on the 10th and sent numerous emails to Shyara and no answer. I also sent an email to DISO TECHNOLOGY CO, LIMITED for help on this and nothing.

This company doesn’t deserve a 1 star rating in my opinion. I placed my order since 12/3/19 for a Christmas gift and still have yet to receive it!! Delivery status hasn’t been updated since 12/10/19... 2 automated emails later say that it’s because they’re busy with holidays and to give more time!! What a total rip off!! They got there freaking payment but I have nothing!!! I should have known to order from Amazon instead... first time ever getting suckered like this... and I order from China through “Wish” all the time... TOTAL SCAM!!! NEVER AGAIN will I order from some ad on FACEBOOK!!! 🤬

It's been 17 days since the company took the money out of my husband's account & haven't seen the merchandise yet...He's been took also!!!

I guess I am joining the crowd. Paid for 2 charges right after Thanksgiving and still no merchandise. Why would Instagram and Facebook allow this type of stuff. Similsr story as other reviews, no real reply back to my email. Lesson learned.

Edit as of 1/13/2020- My claim through paypal was closed and they found in my favor because they never bothered to answer Paypal’s inquiry. Money was returned to me! If you paid through paypal, start a claim with them!

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Ordered 1 on 12-1-19. Still no product. ‘Tracking number’ hasn’t been updated since 12/11 when it says it’s in China! Website says guaranteed to be received within 3-20 days. Bull! I emailed company, but received no response. I initiated a claim through Paypal and got a generic email back from them that it was ‘in transit’ and that my shipping time was still ‘normal.’ They couldn’t even bother to use my name, it was addressed as ‘Dear Customer.’ I have escalated through paypal to attempt to get some if not all of my money back!

SCAM!!! I ordered several December 6, 2019. Card was charged but never saw product! Cannot reach company because Email account does not work! I will be contacting Better Business Bureau ASAP! If someone from the company is reading this, be prepared!
