I guess I should have read the reviews before ordering. I am in the same boat as most of these reviews. I ordered mine on 12-2-19 and no product and no explanation still. Live and learn I guess.

Paid extra for express 3day shipping. Didnt know that meant it would take 4weeks to get the damn device. Waste of money and waste of time. This company when it comes to communication is more than pathetic it is just embarrassing. Takes them 4 days to respond to a cancellation and all they acknowledged was that the package had shipped. Completely disregarding the fact that I tried to cancel my order minutes after I placed my order because I found it cheaper on amazon. Huge scam. Also disappointed that it was an Instagram ad that brought me to them, there are really poor algorithms in place if I'm being advertised straight scams.

I never recieved my order I paid Express shipping for 2 chargers what a scam I will be reporting and my credit card company can go after them.LAW SUITE COMING.

They stole my money and didn’t ship the order

Doesn't even deserve 1 star but I can't give zero. They are definitely a sham company. I didn't see the reviews until after the order & my item wasn't shipped. Of course they charged my card right away. The first time I tried to cancel my order & get a refund then supposedly it was shipped. Only a shipping label was created. I tried to cancel 2 more times & they didn't understand my request or why I wanted it cancelled. Now supposedly it shipped & supposed to arrive in mid January, over 1 month after order. I needed it for Christmas. Buyer beware, don't buy anything from this company & they will not cancel your order. Time to dispute with my credit card company. Wish I used PayPal.

I ordered 2 wireless car charger since 2 weeks and I paid extra for shipping earlier but still no body contacted me and try to send them on Facebook but no reply

Screwed like so many . No charger , no communication . Just a paid charge on my card . Merry Christmas .

Boy I feel like a fool!! Fell for the Facebook ad and ordered 5 in 12/6- got an email the 17th with a tracking number- per their site it's in transit and per Fed ex only a label was created! Email responses are BS. I realize my money is gone and learned a valuable lesson! Also filed a complaint with Facebook- others should too!

Yet another item from another “company” that never showed up for Christmas. Or ever. My husband was quick to fall for the ad on Facebook and asked for the charger for Christmas. They promptly charged my card for the item, but haven’t done anything since adding a bogus tracking number. I’ll have to have paypal dispute the charges for this non existent item.

Don’t use shyara and don’t use familywix.com

I ordered 2 charges and 11 days later it's been in limbo and after I sent an email asking for some answer, NO ANSWER.
I have accepted not getting these charges in time for Xmas but now it seems as if I will never see my product or my money.
Hopefully they see this and answer me ASAP!!!
But somehow I doubt it.
Thanks to you, my wife will not get her gift and neither will I.
Oh, and I will never order from a social media ad.

I ordered my product beginning of December, sent a not so nice email email on the 16th, received a reply stating it supposedly shipped with a what I now feel is a bogus tracking number since it states it's been in Arcadia, CA since the 16th!! Lesson learned, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would! They took my money even after requesting a refund less than 20 minutes after placing the order. They responded one time and never responded to any of the emails sent after that. So I’m out the money and no product! DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THIS COMPANY!

As many of you have already posted I ordered my phone charger 3 weeks ago received one email saying that my order had been placed.. of course they took the money off my credit card. When I email wondering where it is all I get is the same automated response. They are a terrible company and I will never do business with them again but I am also not the kind of guy that will let this slide I will be following up...

It appears I fell for the same scam as everyone else. Purchased product beginning of December, paid for expedited shipping, still nothing. Last email was December 5th where it appeared to still be overseas. No correspondence since then. Buyer beware.

I’ve received my item after 2-3 weeks. The package was damaged and the charger don’t work well. Always open and close uncontrolled. So I decided to send it back.
After contacting this company they send me just an ticket number. After that I just receive standard mails from “intelligent assistants”.
Bad company.

Ordered my phone holders the first of December. Money came out of my account on Dec. 2nd. They say it has been shipped. No response from the email that I sent them. They did not send me a tracking number. Do not use this company. It appears to be fraudulent.

Ordered chargers and paid for express shipping..been waiting over 2 weeks for it. Judging by everyone else's experience, I'll be waiting for a while if I even get it. No response from their sketchy email, just a fedex tracking number that hasn't shipped yet. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Left a bad review and shipped the next day. Still haven’t got it. Will update when it arrives.

Same issue as all the other reviews. Has been 3 weeks and still not charger. Also only a vague email and the tracking is all in Chinese. Not response from the email that I sent asking about it. I should have researched this company first but thought since Amazon carried the product it would be legit. From now on going through Amazon for my orders, at least they respond to you and are credible and not a scam like this fraud of a so called company.
