Overall good experience. Two VERY minor observations. When I arrived at the car rental desk there was a very LONG line. It wasn't clear that you had to scan a QR code to get a reservation number. I waited in line for a while before figuring out that I had to scan the QR code. Things could be improved if a sign at the entrance indicated the need to scan the QR code. Other minor issue. Upon returning the car it wasn't very clear where the Sicily by Car parking lot was. I ended up in the wrong parking lot.

Except little flexibility (I came 1 hr to soon and had to wait or pay 10 EUR/day more). I choose waiting, espresso was very good at nearby caffeteria. Of well, and received Juke instead T-roc.

All was fine.The only small annoyamce - we booked the smallest car, mainly becuase we planned to visit the Costiera Amalfitana. On arrival we were given a bigger Citroen SUV style mid-sized vehicle. Also, a suggestion to improve your drop-off service, it would be good to provide a Google Maps link to the drop off point. The Napoli location was hard to find - there are no signs when you enter the airport.

Smooth Process
I booked a Peugeot 3008 & they gave me an MG ZS. It was quite ok to drive, but it would have been great if they would have cleaned it better before handing it to us.
The pick up & return process were both smooth & I got my security money money back in no time.

Terrible service
Even though we had pre booked the car and arrive early in the morning before the rush we were unable to get our car because we did not own a credit card. With a debit card we had to pay double the price of the service we booked. Unable to do that we found ourselves having to find another company to rent the car, and had to wait 3 hours to get it. Completely ruined our day.
