A pair of insoles I ordered was out of stock. I was swiftly contacted by a member of the customer service or stock team that informed me of when it would be next in stock, and also helped amend my order before it was shipped. The delivery arrived in quick time, as was the out of stock item that arrived at a later date. Great service and products will always use Sidas, many thanks

Excellent insoles

Helpful website. Found it straight forward in selecting most suitable insoles for different activities. Unfortunately one of the three was out of stock. I was however contacted and assured they would send on as soon as back in stock.

The Cushioning Gel 3D insoles arrived…
The Cushioning Gel 3D insoles arrived very quickly and are of high quality. Used in hiking boots they have massively reduced discomfort on the soles of our feet and heels and have also reduced knee pain on long descents
