An Excellent Kitchen Experience
We went into the showroom at Cardiff West with our long wish list and a certain amount of scepticism regarding a hassle free kitchen purchase and installation. How wrong we were. We now have a WOW kitchen and a new Utility Area! A few meetings, including a home visit with Robyn, resulted in a design that met all our needs. Louise managed the installation which comprised a further home visit to ensure that the design could be accommodated into the actual kitchen area. Any amendments to the design at this stage ensured minimal snagging issues at the end of the project and the subsequent production of detailed plans and a project outline was valued by us. The actual installation of the kitchen, undertaken by Will, was done with professionalism and skill. No detail was overlooked and his patience was appreciated when we would ask for the odd addition such as another extra or different light, etc. We opted for some new household appliances to be installed at the same time whilst retaining a couple for the utility area. The quality of the Masterclass kitchen units are outstanding from their innovative design to the quality of the shelving, hinges and plinths. Thank you to the great team at Sigma3 Cardiff West.

Top quality kitchens
From start to finish, everyone was super attentive from Katie in the showroom designing it, through to the team that did the removal to Chris who fitted our kitchen. The kitchen itself is stunning, we only have a small kitchen but you wouldn’t believe the difference it has made. So much more storage and clean lines, it makes our kitchen look bigger.
The quality is outstanding, ee have the blonde oak interior, with willow and stone exterior, it just looks timeless which is good as I expect it will last a good 30 years. Overall we are very happy with the product and experience.

The fitting by Chris was fantastic, he's a master at his job.
The quality of the kitchen is really high and I think good value for the quality of finish.

Five star plus
We had our new kitchen fitted in March 2026 by Sigma 3. We were very impressed by how organised they were from Shirley the Design Consultant drawing up the plans, to Dom the builder and his team who removed our old kitchen and finally to Peter who then came in and fitted our new kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them and and couldn't fault any of their craftmanship. Also, the after-sales service we have received has been superb and we would recommend Sigma 3 to anyone looking to purchase a new kitchen.

Good service
Was recommended by our architect and found the company very easy to deal with, helpful staff in the Esher shop and good design advice from Melina. And although there were minor fitting issues they were sorted out fairly quickly. Everything happened to plan and on time. Have received multiple compliments on kitchen.

A great experience
Working with Sigma 3 has been a really positive experience with a great outcome.
After receiving a warm welcome from Barbora at the Abergavenny shop (and a delicious coffee!) we shared our ideas and waited for the initial plan eagerly.
Several visits followed to refine the plan, each conducted with professionalism and humour.
The finished kitchen is lovely and a testament to Barbora's attention to detail and her innate ability to transform ideas into reality.

So happy with Sigma 3 Kitchen team
So happy with Sigma 3 Kitchen team. Gavin who designed the kitchen and visited my house and talked me through it showing the kitchen in 3D design software at the sales room. Jason who coordinated and checked in on progress, Morgan and Andy from Cariad Construction who renovated and installed my kitchen and the plumbers and electricians involved. Cariad Construction listened to my extra requirements which included heating and shelf carpentry. All completed in 2 weeks. Not forgetting the glass splash back created and installed by Southern Counties Glass which was the icing on the cake - beautiful. The team are friendly, professional and talented and have created a lovely warm, modern, efficient and artistic kitchen which makes me smile every day.

Quality New Kitchen
The service we received from the designer at the Colchester Ave branch and the surveyor throughout the process has been excellent.
The design has made the best use of the space available and the designer was very patient with us when choosing the cupboard colour and worktop combo.
Delivery was on time and the delivery company was very helpful and friendly.
Our kitchen had a number of angles but the kitchen fitters have done a brilliant job and we're very pleased with the end result.
We are delighted with the quality of the kitchen having shopped around before choosing Sigma 3.

Superb!
We recently had our kitchen and utility room planned, supplied and fitted by Sigma 3. We would very highly recommend Sigma 3 to anyone thinking of a kitchen renovation. The whole project was seamless and we were professionally guided throughout the whole process. The showroom demonstrated all the different types of units, gadgets, appliances and finishes. After an initial chat in the showroom a kitchen design and quote was produced. This we tweaked a few times before the order was placed. The delivery and installation all ran to time and we are absolutely delighted with the quality of the end result.

Bedroom furniture
I have had a 2 bedrooms fitted and I am absolutely delighted with the result. The workmanship was excellent and everything was completed to a very high standard. The fitters were professional, reliable, tidy, and paid great attention to detail throughout the whole process.
The finished bedroom looks fantastic and has completely transformed the small space. I was really pleased with both the quality of the furniture and the service provided from start to finish with Barbora from Abergavenny. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a fitted bedroom installed.

Highly recommended
We highly recommend Sigma 3 Kitchens. The whole process from start to finish was flawless. The design was built around us and the way we live, every aspect has a purpose that is designed around our specific requirements. Nothing was too much trouble.
The Team work perfectly together and from ripping out the old kitchen to placing the last door handle was completely stress free. This is a team who are thoughtful and considerate of the whole household. They are professional and honest at every step, when they say they will do something they do and when there's a delay or an issue you are never left guessing.

Kitchen Refurbishment
Recently had a whole refurbished kitchen from Sigma 3 and from the very beginning the service I received was outstanding. Gavin, the designer, could not have done enough for me and made my dream kitchen a reality and more. The whole process of the design, the preparation, the fitting was so smooth and any issues that arose, Gavin was on hand to solve.
John, the installation manager was so thorough, making sure the design was spot on beforehand and even checked in with me to see how things were progressing mid way through, making sure I was happy with everything.
The fitter Morgan was also first class, a perfectionist and carried out the preparation work, the fitting, everything, down to the last detail in outstanding quality. I cannot recommend Sigma 3 enough and would definitely return to them. The quality and the workmanship of their product is top class. Their customer service and how they look after their customers was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
