Don't trust their Google Reviews

I was actually the very first person to ever leave a Google Review on their official Google results page. NO ONE HAD EVER used their Google Reviews before and this like for over a decade.

My review was simple: their communication and response was very poor. And they also happened to miss out on a large contract because of their failure to respond to quote requests.

The review was largely ignored for several months, and it was only noticed by an employee about 5 months after the first posting.

SUDDENLY about a dozen new Google accounts were created with fake names, all reporting my review as "Fake", and they all gave the company 5 star reviews. What a crazy coincidence. No activity for a decade until a single bad review was left. And now EVERYONE claimed they were the best.

Even though my review was completely honest, they had it removed. Before that, their account manager responded on the public Google review and stated that no one had ever contacted them.

BUT this made no sense because they never asked for the company's name, my name, they never knew my email address and they never knew the time frame of when the requests were sent to them. They didn't ask any questions at all and instead just accused me of lying and pointing fingers. Shameful shameful business practices.

I can't believe this company would do something so wicked and evil like this. No follow up and just outright lying publicly and deceiving everyone. This is not a good company. And whoever manages their social media account created dozens of fake Google Reviews. How can you trust a company that posts all fake reviews from either their one manager or from several employees that they asked to create reviews. And they take down all honest reviews without even trying to communicate with them and fix things. It was unbelievable.
