It is going on 2 weeks waiting for sign to ship. It would be best to ask for a survey after product is received....

We chose this company because they advertise a 5 day production and we were on a tight schedule to get a sign and get our business open. Unfortunately that is not the experience we had. After many empty promises of a ship date it finally shipped almost a month later.

You guys are very helpful and great at communication. The customer service people are very personable. This is my 4th order with you guys and there will be many more to come!

After spending thousands of dollars on this we are quite disappointed in the lighting. It actually only lights up the middle so it makes this sign illegible.

We ordered 2 channel-style signs for our new diner and couldn't be more pleased with them! These signs looked great in the crate and even better when the old building got the new facelift with them. I experienced some challenges that were my fault when wiring up one of the signs, but the team at Sign Monkey was extremely helpful and accommodating when it came to getting us up and running. The customer support was outstanding, and I can't say how much I appreciate it. Carl and James were AWESOME. Thank you SO much for all your support and assistance!! I highly recommend Sign Monkey to anyone looking at purchasing a sign of any sort.
