Man,where do I start. From the time I met Carl and his team, it has been easy. They pulled everything together so smoothly. From pulling a design offline for me, to discussing the final product before actual production. Best experience ever. I will use them for all our locations hands down. Thank you so much for making a seemingly difficult process easy and enjoyable.

Sign looks amazing. The price was equally amazing. I made the right choice.

I ordered 2 signs, 1 of which was a Halo Style light. I had my installers scheduled and when they went to install the 2 signs the Halo sign did not have the template. I instantly called Sign Monkey and they apologized and said they would get the template right out. As we started to install the other sign the "DOT" on the "I" did not have a mounting bracket so I called again and informed them of the second problem. Here is where the 2 star rating comes from, It is hard to get sign installers scheduled and I had to pay them for 2 sign installs even though they only installed 1. I saw the UPS Tracking number generated that day so I was ok until I saw the template and bracket did not ship until 3 days later! I was not shipped a new "dot" because I told them just to send the bracket so I could get it same day, but it shipped 3 days later! At that point send me the new "DOT" instead of a bracket. I received everything 9 DAYS LATER!!! Where is the next-day air or Overnight delivery! I now have to reschedule the installer and they are on another large job this week so I have to wait another week where they could have gotten to me all last week, not to mention that I get to pay for another sign install...

Im so glad we found Sign Monkey online. It's amazing how they turned my uploaded logo into a work of art! There was a color issue, but they worked hard to fix it and now everything is perfect!

This was the easiest and most user-friendly web page that I have come across. Also, when I called, a real live human being answered the phone. They had my custom sign to me in about a week. Highly recommend.

Sign was designed as requested and delivered on time. The sign is very lightweight and I hope it can stand up our Mississippi weather.

My installer said this was the easiest sign he has ever installed! First time using Signmonkey and I like the efficiency they provide for self quoting when you may not have the final design but to get an idea for budgeting.
