I ordered a car decal for my small business, and I couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out. My original image was lower resolution than required for printing, but Signs.com automatically converted it to a vector file to ensure crisp, high-quality results. It really shows in the finished product. The decal looks sharp and professional. This is my second purchase, and it won't be my last. For any signage or display needs, Signs.com is my go-to!

There was a discrepancy about what I had ordered. The company gave me the benefit and I received a very favorable deal. I have banners and car magnets and they are all impressive quality in color and durability. I definitely be ordering more products from this company and telling others to do the same.

Really pleased with the sign I ordered. Love that there are so many options to choose from plus lots of personalization allowed. I only needed grommets at the top of my signs and they were one of the only companies I could find that would do that

STAY AWAY: Our sign was not what we expected. When we requested to return, not attempt was made to meet our expectations. The company only directly us to return the sign at our own cost for a 50% refund.

Easy customization platform. Very fair pricing (which is updated with every option selected/unselected). Turnaround time was surprisingly quick. The end product, five identical signs.. beautiful!

They can improve their purchase check out online. I've had to call several times resolve an issue with the shipping.

I ended up receiving a full window decal (one solid piece) instead of cut vinyl, or what Signs.com refers to as lettering.

Part of the issue was on my end—I misunderstood the options. The site made it seem like I had to choose between simple cut lettering or a full decal, and I didn’t realize cut lettering could include a logo.

That said, the distinction wasn’t clear, and it led to a costly mistake. Between the order, return shipping ($18), and a refund of about 50%, I ended up losing around $60.

I’d suggest making the differences between these options much more obvious to avoid this kind of confusion.

I did reorder the sign as lettering. If that turns out well, I’d consider using them again.
