I ended up receiving a window decal
I ended up receiving a full window decal (one solid piece) instead of cut vinyl, or what Signs.com refers to as lettering.
Part of the issue was on my end—I misunderstood the options. The site made it seem like I had to choose between simple cut lettering or a full decal, and I didn’t realize cut lettering could include a logo.
That said, the distinction wasn’t clear, and it led to a costly mistake. Between the order, return shipping ($18), and a refund of about 50%, I ended up losing around $60.
I’d suggest making the differences between these options much more obvious to avoid this kind of confusion.
I did reorder the sign as lettering. If that turns out well, I’d consider using them again.

Our previous orders have been great
Our previous orders have been great. This one we received the proof to approve and the image sent to approve was much lighter than the sign we received. The sign we received is darker. I would not have approved it had I known it would be several shades darker making the images and words hard to read. But previous orders have been great I would still order again.

Good customer service, even though I didn't hear back from them when they said initially for the proof. I guess they were busy as they were taking time to help before I had paid anything. The Printing came out well and I was happy with the end result. It also arrived early.

First time ordering from Signs.com. We ordered a 2-piece order: vehicle door magnets. The finished product was delivered EARLIER than projected, and looked perfect. During the "proofing" stage, their designers suggested a small portion of our logo might be of insufficient quality. We had to look REALLY REALLY close that the finished magnets to see it, but they were right. We're updating our logo to correct our source file. Very happy and will order again!

Perfect print service
I got the foam board 24x35in and the print quality was perfect. Make sure you double triple check your artwork cause they wont let you print it if it looks blurry or bad. I fixed my artwork like 3 times and i got it within a week.
