To be honest I never thought i would need the M57 until i got it. Its simply amazing. Really comfortable and my back breaths better.
Apart of that, the customer service is super nice, and the delivery was fast.

Purchased the Sihoo M18 around 12 months ago. What a great chair, very comfortable. I spend about 12 hrs per day in the chair and I've never felt any back pain. Highly recommended.

I had a small problem with my chair and asked Sihoo for assistance. They not only replied within couple of hours, but we so kind and responsive that I couldn't believe it's true. I also run a support team, but Sihoo support is next level. Thanks team for resolving my issue in no time!

My package was returned TWICE because their courier claimed my address was incorrect an address that is perfectly valid. Their shipping process is an absolute mess. In the end I had no choice but to cancel my order entirely. I'm not going to keep chasing a package that clearly will never arrive. Do yourself a favour and find a webshop that actually knows how to ship an order.

Order arrived quickly and my chair is comfy.

Had a broken piece in my chair, got replaced in a week time

I'm so glad I bought a SIHOO chair. First of all, the company helped me a lot because I had an inconvenience with my first order which maybe get lost. Once I wrote an email to know something more, they answered me in a so very quick time and arranged for a replacement! They have been always there to help updating me with many mails! They have been so professional, very kind and so prompt to reaching me out and that' s why I thank them a lot!
About the chair, it has been simple to assemble, I read all the instructions, followed them and I had no problem with that. All the stuff was very well organised inside the box.
I chose the M102C and, while I' m writing this review, I' m sitting on it...fabulous! The seat cushion is very comfortable, the adjustable lumbar support relaxes my back a lot and the chair is also reclinable! I like it so much! I like the material too so I really recommend it! Thanks for everything!

Sihoo products are incredible. I am using a c300 chair since 18 months, the chair is so confortable, very solid and with beautiful finishes! It’s high quality product and the customer service is one of the best i ever contacted, like Amazon, they reply very fast and takes times to help you. i am sure to buy other products from this brand without any hesitation!

One part had a defect and the issue was solved after a few emails. The service departmant was of great help to sent me the replacement!

Due to a broken spine and needing to sit long hours at the computer I needed an ergonomic chair. No sooner had I just put it together and sat in it I found it so comfortable. It just made you feel so much snugger all around your body. The additional adjustment mean you can alter things like to arm rests to be level with your desk so you get that extra support of your arms. It so fully adjustable with the headrest and pan depth which you need to support under the backs of the knees. Its also look very modern and up to date in my study. Brilliant it took me a little to find and select it but I used to do work shop fish assessments in the office I worked at so I know how difficult it is to find the right chair at good value

Fast delivery — I ordered on Sunday evening and received it on Wednesday.

The chair arrives ready to assemble. One thing I really appreciated is how the hardware (screws, parts, etc.) is organized. Everything is clearly arranged in the packaging so you can easily see each piece, which makes the assembly very simple and smooth. Even the tools needed to tighten the screws are included, so there is no need to bring out your own toolbox.

The design is great and the ergonomics are excellent. The chair is very comfortable for the back, which is important for me since I work long hours at my desk.

What I appreciated the most in my experience, however, was the quality of the customer service. They were very responsive and helpful, replying in less than 24 hours. I quickly received my invoice and an issue regarding the footrest was resolved efficiently.

Warranty request is processed fast, and solution is very reasonable

Great experience. Have had 3 chairs from this company so far. One of them broke unfortunately. Warranty was simple and they are able to ship me a new chair with different materials compared to the original one.

Customer service are typically fast to respond, but even though they promise 5-7 days, mine took over 2 weeks to deliver!! Ridiculous! No compensation made. The M57 is alright, not as comfy as my $150 Kogan ergonomic chair. But it does feel more sturdy

I ordered the M57 and received it within 3 working days (in the Netherlands). The chair was easy to assemble and is comfortable. The headrest is unfortunately not high enough for me at 1.83cm but everything else is ok. The only negative experience I had was that the tracking on the website did not work. Even today my order is still not shipped :)

I ordered a Sihoo M57 chair on 27 January because the website advertised fast delivery. The expected delivery date shown at checkout was 4 February.

When I hadn’t received any shipping update, I contacted Sihoo Australia on 3 February. I was then told the chair was actually out of stock and that new stock would arrive on 9 February, with delivery expected by 13 February.

I waited patiently, but on 13 February nothing arrived. I contacted the freight company (Direct Freight Express) and was told they never received the item from Sihoo, so delivery was impossible.

Since then I’ve had to make multiple calls to both Sihoo and the freight company just to chase the order. As of writing this review, I still haven’t received the chair and am only hoping it will arrive in the next few days.

As a customer, this experience has been extremely disappointing. If there are stock shortages or delays, customers should be notified not forced to chase the company and the courier themselves. I also lost several days waiting at home for a delivery that was never dispatched.

I chose Sihoo specifically for fast delivery, but the lack of communication and fulfilment has been very frustrating. Unfortunately, after this experience I would not purchase from Sihoo again.

Sihoo replaced the damaged backrest of my ergonomic chair for free and shipped it to me. The customer service was very patient and highly efficient. Highly recommended!

After two years of use, one of the armrests on my chair broke. I contacted their customer service, and they were absolutely awesome. They responded right away and mailed me a replacement part super quickly with zero hassle.

What really impressed me the most is that I noticed the new replacement part has an updated design specifically meant to fix the issue that caused it to break in the first place. You can tell this is an absolutely thoughtful and dedicated team that actually listens to feedback and improves their products. Highly recommend both the chair and the company!
