C300 is an excellent chair with very reliable build quality. Although it’s made in China, the quality is impressive, and both pre-sales and after-sales support are fast and responsive.

I personally recommend the C300 Pro—it’s absolutely worth it and offers better value than other chairs in the same price range. The armrests, back support, and mesh material are all clearly superior.

Overall, buy with confidence.

Do not order directly from this company. Placed order 12/16 and everything showing processing, money withdrawn...blah blah blah. Today 1/14 still zero movement on the provided tracking for this chair. Reached out to customer service 1 week ago. Was assured that they would contact shipping and correct the problem...............still no movement.

I purchased the chair. It took three weeks to arrive and when it did, I assembled it and immediately found that it felt weird. Almost like I was leaning forward in the chair. It's also extremely uncomfortable during long sitting periods. The customer service team were horrendous. Never answered my email and claimed they wouldn't be able to help me.

I would avoid this company.

I had a great experience with Sihoo’s customer service. They honored the warranty on my chair without any issues, and they went above and beyond to help me get everything fixed. Highly recommend!

I am extremely impressed with the quality of the chair and with the customer service. I ordered the M18 classic office chair on Saturday and queried the delivery yesterday due to it saying I'd receive it by Thursday but not yet dispatched. I got a response quickly and received the chair today (Tuesday). Easy to put together with the instructions. Unbelievably comfy, almost too comfy!!! My back feels so well supported. Very happy customer, thank you!

ordered the Sihoo M57 chair. The chair is very good quality and easy to assemble. I would like to give special attention to the customer support. Unfortunately, the package did not arrive on the scheduled date due to issues with the delivery service in my country. However, the support team stayed in touch with me every day and did everything possible to ensure that I received my package as soon as possible!

I needed a new office chair and looked at the Herman Miller collection. Frankly, I ended up with the C300 and could not be happier! This chair has more adjustments, more bells and whistles and frankly, does so much more than the pics describe. Worth. Every. Penny! I'll be back!

I’ve owned a Sihoo office chair for 2 years. I love the design and functionality and look of the chair. It compares to hi tech office chairs that cost hundreds more. I have also found Sihoo’s customer service to be excellent. They respond quickly and with great care. I highly recommend buying from them.

The Sihoo Doro-C300 office chair has been an excellent addition to my home office setup. Before this chair, I had a cheap desk chair for years with not much Ergonomic support at all. This chair has made been such a relief on my body after using it for hours on end almost every day for 2 years. I had a small mishap with a piece being broken & the customer support was excellent, offering to send a brand new chair in replacement as it was still within the 3 year warranty. I will continue to purchase Sihoo chairs & recommend them to friends & family as well.

I bought a Sihoo C300 ergonomic chair in May 2024. After about a year of normal use, the mesh on the seat started to tear at the edge. I contacted Sihoo support and they replied very quickly. There was no discussion or hassle and they immediately arranged a replacement seat.

While checking the chair more closely, I noticed more serious damage. The backrest and armrest connection had failed and part of the steel frame was actually cracked, which made the chair unsafe to use. I sent them photos and explained the situation.

Again, Sihoo handled this very well. They took the issue seriously, escalated it internally and decided to send me a completely new C300 chair instead of making me wait for spare parts. Communication was clear, friendly and fast throughout the whole process.

For a brand that is not very well known yet, I was honestly impressed by the way their customer service handled this case. Problems can happen with any product, but the support experience really matters and in my case, Sihoo did a great job.

Based on this experience, I am happy to give them 5 stars for customer service.

What a great product and service. I accidentally put the wrong delivery address on my order and contacted/emailed the customer support help line who immediately replied and corrected my mistake. I then received an email from the courier who had got the wrong initial address. I once again contacted the customer support and by return received confirmation that the address had been updated. Guess what...the chair was delivered the day after ordering! My son was delighted with the really comfortable chair which has multiple points to alter height, position etc. Well done Sihoooffice!!

I ordered the C300 office chair and it arrived within 3 days. The assembly of the chair was easy and the instructions were simple. I had to contact customer support and received a reply the same day. I’m pleased with the quality of the chair and the professionalism of this company.

**Update... after few follow ups with the customer support team, now the product was shipped and reached me on Jan 9th. Assembled the product and it is really a comfortable product**
I have ordered their office chair on 2nd December. Did not get any confirmation but they promptly deducted money from my account on the day of the order. When I wrote them on the status, they said they have sold out and my product will be shipped on 28th December. So I waited and when I asked them again today (Dec 30th), they said they have received only a limited supply and my order will be shipped only on January 15th. Pathetic and worst experience with them Dont do business with them at any cost. My order number is SIHOO79809.

Customer service was very attentive, in a timely manner and extremely helpful when needed! Zero complaints in that department, for sure.

Chair itself is fantastic and absolutely love it, NGL! The only issue I had with it, is that we had 2 screws holes strip on us, when assembling the chair (I'm a Tech by trade, so I know when you be careful when screwing things in, fyi, lol) ..but the chair has a 3 year warranty, so if I need to use it, I will.

Overall, very happy with the experience from start to end and would highly recommend this chair if you're looking for a higher end chair, but priced accordingly! A+

Great customer service! Also the m18 really did make a difference for my back pain. I recommend it to anyone that struggles with backpain and wants a simple yet effective solution. But be careful not to order delivery from DPD, they did a terrible job, but SIHOO supported me and gave me a partial refund for my troubles.

The Sihoo C300 with footrest is a well-built ergonomic chair with solid materials, easy assembly, and a convenient footrest for short breaks.

However, the armrests rotate too easily, and the chair may not be ideal for users taller than 180 cm, as achieving a fully comfortable sitting position can be difficult. This would be helpful to clarify in the product description.

Overall, it’s a good-quality chair, but these limitations keep it from being a perfect fit for everyone.

I’m genuinely impressed by Sihoo’s after-sales service. When I reported an issue with my chair, their support team handled it with great professionalism and kindness.

Instead of making me wait for replacement parts, they offered a full chair replacement to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. This level of responsibility and customer care is rare and highly appreciated.

The chair was delivered quickly and well packaged. Once built we realised that it wasn't high enough for our purpose, so I contacted customer services to see if there was anything they could do to help.
They responded within a few days and offered some suggestions. We decided to try a new part, which was sent free of charge, arrived within a few days and has fixed our problem perfectly.
Customer service was excellent......no barriers, just speedy solutions. I would definitely recommend SIHOO

After I have payed 269,99 EUR for the chair 8 dec, I have not got the order confirmation email for one week.
Trying to contact them via chat dont work.
Trying to restore my account dont work.
Waiting for their support to answer...

15 Dec; Now I got ordertracking email. Hopefully the chair is delivered...
19 Dec: picked up the heavy package.
Summary of buying experience: Missing order confirmation email makes me uncertain if the order has been processed. This is something that should be fairly easy to be implemented in their order management system.
Product experience: Not rated in this review.
