Great customer service! Also the m18 really did make a difference for my back pain. I recommend it to anyone that struggles with backpain and wants a simple yet effective solution. But be careful not to order delivery from DPD, they did a terrible job, but SIHOO supported me and gave me a partial refund for my troubles.

The Sihoo C300 with footrest is a well-built ergonomic chair with solid materials, easy assembly, and a convenient footrest for short breaks.

However, the armrests rotate too easily, and the chair may not be ideal for users taller than 180 cm, as achieving a fully comfortable sitting position can be difficult. This would be helpful to clarify in the product description.

Overall, it’s a good-quality chair, but these limitations keep it from being a perfect fit for everyone.

I’m genuinely impressed by Sihoo’s after-sales service. When I reported an issue with my chair, their support team handled it with great professionalism and kindness.

Instead of making me wait for replacement parts, they offered a full chair replacement to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. This level of responsibility and customer care is rare and highly appreciated.

The chair was delivered quickly and well packaged. Once built we realised that it wasn't high enough for our purpose, so I contacted customer services to see if there was anything they could do to help.
They responded within a few days and offered some suggestions. We decided to try a new part, which was sent free of charge, arrived within a few days and has fixed our problem perfectly.
Customer service was excellent......no barriers, just speedy solutions. I would definitely recommend SIHOO

After I have payed 269,99 EUR for the chair 8 dec, I have not got the order confirmation email for one week.
Trying to contact them via chat dont work.
Trying to restore my account dont work.

Summary of buying experience: Missing order confirmation email makes me uncertain if the order has been processed. This is something that should be fairly easy to be implemented in their order management system.
Product experience: Not rated in this review.

Excellent product, sturdy and easy to assemble, and it solved my problems with two cervical hernias in my neck after purchasing other chairs that did not solve the issue. I recommend it to everyone without hesitation.

I bought the Sihoo Doro C100 chair a little over a month ago. At first, the movement of the chair felt quite stiff and not as smooth as I expected, which was disappointing for the price. I contacted the support team, and Daisy was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. She replied promptly to every email, arranged replacement legs, and even shared step-by-step videos to guide me through the disassembly and reassembly. Now that everything is sorted, the chair is very comfortable. It provides excellent back support, and I love the reclining function - it actually stays in the laid-back position and helps me relax during long sitting sessions. Overall, the chair has turned out great, and the customer service made the whole experience much easier.

The website is easy to navigate, and the ordering and delivery process was very smooth.

The chair I ordered came with missing parts and screw packs. Contact their customer service and the service is outstanding. Quick response and actions. They arrange shipment for the missing piecies the next day after I report the issue. Unfortunately, the screw packs they ship this time come partially opened and some screws are lost. Contact them again, and they quickly arrange another shipment and this time thing is carefully wrapped. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality of the product as well as their customer service.

Had an M18 chair for about 5 years, then the gas strut that moves the chair up and down went. So I ordered the C300 with the extended foot rest. Honestly really impressed with the C300 and the M18 was also a great chair. I wish the armrest rotations locked into place, but other than that, I am very comfy. Ordered from the UK store with the discount and delivery was only around 3 days also!

This company was super helpful, I ordered one of their chairs as a christmas gift, however it was delivered at 8:30 pm and I was not aware of its delivery until the next morning, at which point it was missing. Sihoo offered to fully reimburse me or deliver a new chair. They kindly delivered it to a new location as we were unsure we would be able to install security cameras before their speedy delivery. Thank you Sihoo for being so accommodating!

Great customer service. Had a minor issue, contacted the customer service department. They responded that same day and without hesitation solved the issue. Truly impressive service. I will for sure buy their products again when the time comes.

Great chair for working from home - comfortable and ergonomic

When it's time to replace your office chair, we get lost in the dozens of offers on the web. I learned about Sihoo from a friend and chose the C300 for myself. It's not a cheap chair, but it's worth every penny. The chair is super comfortable and I haven't had any more back pain.
After a year, the chair stopped rolling properly on the floor. I contacted Sihoo, sent them a video of the problem, and they promptly offered to send replacement parts for the chair since it was under warranty. Magnificent customer service. 5 stars for me.

So I got this chair for one of boyfriend’s anniversary gifts and he loved it! So did I but ofc it’s for him. We did have a little problem with the chair, but we got that covered with the company and they’re sending out another now! Overall great customer service and a really awesome chair, he says it’s the best he’s had!! :p

I just bought the C300 few days ago and I would like to say that it is really comfortable, as well as the possibility of customizing its position

Negative points:

The delivery service didn’t tell me when they were coming, so I had to stay home all day.

The chair is supposed to support 150 kg according to the website, but let’s be honest: it’s absolutely not suitable for overweight or obese people. I’m nowhere near 150 kg and even for me, it wasn’t comfortable or appropriate. It’s very narrow and you feel completely trapped.

They mention adding a cushion, but honestly, it hurts your butt!

They claim the chair is ergonomic, but I would say absolutely not — it’s even dangerous for your back. This specific model (M59AS) has extremely hard, overly protruding lumbar support that you cannot adjust. As a result, you literally cannot rest your back against the chair without being in pain.

I wish I could have lowered the seat height a bit more; the chair is quite high by default.

It’s really heavy.

It was more expensive than the M57 my brother owns. I assumed it was a newer or higher-end model, but it’s actually the opposite — the M57 is far better.

Fake promotions all year long, which aren’t real discounts.

Positive points:

The chair is very easy to assemble, which was a nice surprise (about 5–10 minutes while watching an online video).

You can return it easily within 30 days of purchase.

Overall, the materials seem good quality — time will tell.

In the end, if you want an ergonomic chair, go for the M57 — it’s a reliable choice, unlike the M59AS.

Support got back quickly and helped with my issue.

I’ve been really impressed with Sihoo’s customer service. They are quick, friendly, and very responsive. When my C300 chair arrived damaged, they immediately offered me a refund. The issue was resolved; the chair itself is high-quality and very comfortable. Overall, great value for the price.

Excellent quality.

Not difficult to assemble. Instruction sheet could be larger. See Ikea instructions which are much clearer.

I accidentally installed the seat backwards which interfered with the lumbar support.
I emailed Sihoo at night and Yan quickly responded and politely explained my mistake. I rotated the seat and it works fine.
