I’ve been using the Sihoo C300 for two years and it’s been excellent. A minor issue with the lumbar support was quickly resolved by Sihoo’s responsive support team. The chair is very comfortable, with multiple adjustment options that make long hours of sitting much easier. Highly recommended!
Excellent customer service
Even though my chair was out of warranty, they shipped a replacement arm from China to my home address at no cost and kept me informed of when it was shipped and when it would be delivered. Excellent customer service (thanks Joy).
Terrible chair
Terrible chair, very cheap, not reliable, after not even month got scratching noise. They had no white version but on the website had it available and the back is not adjusting not keeping the back correctly.

I bought SIHOO ergo chair M57 in 2021
I bought SIHOO ergo chair M57 in 2021, I just love it so much. I lost the headrest during move recently. I just needed a headrest replacement because the chair itself is still solid like new even I sit on it for hours in front of my desk every day.
I emailed their customer support and got response very soon. And they shipped the headrest to me in a week.
By the way, I'm using the same chairs from SIHOO in the company that I work for. There are roughly 100 M57s in the offices. Everyone likes it when talk about the chairs.

Best chair ever
It's just the best chair I ever used in my life, I got a problem with it, and their support is fast, they will send a new chair to replace my old one. Just perfect.
Aftersales and support is more than helpful
Two years ago i took the liberty of contacting Sihoo marketing division to do an unboxing video for a TikTok channel with a large number of subscribers. This ended up in an automated reply stating someone will contact me soon… i did not hear from anyone in a timely fashion.
As i still was eager to review and use the product, i decided to purchase a C300 myself and have been using this for about two years with pleasure now.
In that time the chair took a daily beating as office desk-chair giving me the ability to focus and/or relax while behind my desk.
As all products may suffer inconsistency and weakspots, mine decided to present me with a technical flaw and once again i had to contact Sihoo for support, but this time the aftersales/support department. As the issue could have been solved with spare parts, they were not able to provide me the required replacements within a short time and offered me a new chair in stead. This is currently being shipped out to my address, but i recon the delivery will be equally positive as the first time….. tbd if the ending isn’t as expected I guess?

Outstanding Customer Service
I bought one of these chairs which I must add had excellent build quality and easy to assemble actually. After changing my mind just due to personal preference after about a month, the Sihoo customer service were absolutely superb, considering the ache of returning a huge chair they assisted me with 2 shipping labels and constant correspondence, very quick replied and just made the process super easy. Would recommend trying this brand as you can easily return the items.

Overall the chair is well-worth it, the warranty is good, they will fix or have a new chair whenever there are parts broken within 3 years.
The wheels could be better, other then that the chair is comfortable.
I got the C300 pro chair. Is it worth the price? im not sure, time will tell how long the mesh stays well.
I work from home 4 days a week and am basically living and breathing in my chair, so it was important for me to have good neck and back support, espescially since i have pretty bad neck problems. Before i had the Sihoo chair i had a Secret lab Titan Evo chair but it made my neck problems only worse, since im quite tiny and the neck rest was way too high for me.
I'm a 24 y/o female and im 1.58cm tall and weight 64 kilo. The chair sits comfortable and i think it will support my neck very well. Only problem for me are the wheels. They feel really stiff so rolling around makes it quite difficult. So maybe looking for replacement wheels would be handy if this bothers you. I dont want to send my chair back just because of the wheels, but better wheels as replacement would make me give this review 5 stars.
Over all im quite happy with the chair. But lets see how it holds on overtime.

My M18 standard chair was delivered well ahead of schedule, in 2 working days.
Did not find instructions until I unwrapped the seat part which contained them but downloaded the manual from their website before that. Assembly was straightforward and the instructions were easy to follow.
Very happy with the result, the chair feels sturdy and very comfortable.

I've had my C300 chair for almost two years now, and I can confidently say that when it comes to price/quality, there's no competition. The company stands by its products. The warranty is real, and they will fix anything that breaks. Mine broke, and they're fixing it, and I'm about 2 years into my 3-year warranty. They respond quickly and are easy to work with. It's worth giving these chairs a healthy consideration when deciding on your next chair purchase.
