I bought their deluxe S300 chair and so…

I bought their deluxe S300 chair and so happy! Solid build and feels great to plop down on. I didn't think the armrest control was a big deal. Then I kicked back brought the arms in and adjusted the height. Very relaxing. I think everyone should invest in good tools and this is definitely one of them for me.
Also purchased the adjustable table and it is really cool. Sometimes I make it go up and down for fun, it's nice. When I show people in the office they are always impressed. I like the way it matches the exact height of my desk when I need it to. I did have a concern with my delivery, reached out on the chat from their web site and they provided excellent service. Lifetime Warranty!

Lifetime Warranty!

Sihoo has their lifetime warranty of their office chair. I have purchased their C300 more than a year ago and they can send me a replacement chair with no charge! Love the warranty!

thanks for threatening your customer over a bad review

UPDATE: so after demanding for 30% restocking fee for the order that NEVER EVEN GET PROCESSED, today the team was threaten me to remove the old review (which was written without any inappropiate language and was just asking about my order update) or else I wont be able to get a full refund.

No wonder they dont have much bad reviews since they threaten their own customers to take down their review instead of fixing the problem

Happy to provide the proofs for anyone that asking whether this review was legit

S100 and C300 are great, the wheels could be a bit better

We bought the S100 and C300. Both chairs arrived within a few days. The packaging was good, not much plastic. The manual was easy to understand and all screws and tools are included, there's an extra screw for each type and it's well sorted and described.
The chairs are comfortable and have many settings to setup the chair like you need it.
The only downside are the wheels which aren't perfect. But these can easily be changed to third party ones which fit my needs better.

Had an issue with the Doro c300…

Had an issue with the Doro c300 squeaking so contacted support - received response in less than a day with steps to rectify the issue. Was even offered a new lumbar pillow. Fast and professional customer service, would recommend.

Customer service is painful

Customer service is painful, they come up with some many hoops to jump that you eventually give up. Chair was faulty and just kept getting another task to do (6 emails and 2 videos) instead of just replacing it. Still no solution!?!!

A great ergonomic chair for work and study

Actually, I had a great experience with the SIHOO ergonomic chair three years ago, when I first used the M57 chair in the office of my old company. Therefore, I had no doubt when deciding to buy this M57 chair again to support my study and work at home. The setup of this chair supports my back a lot, which definitely improves my productivity compared to a general chair. SIHOO also offers a discount for students, which I sincerely appreciate. I would love to recommend this to everyone who needs a good-quality ergonomic chair at an affordable price to support their working/studying experience.

Great chair in this price range

I’m quite happy with my Doro C300 chair. The design is modern and appealing, and the mesh material makes it very comfortable even for extended periods of sitting; perfect for people like me who work from home.

Initially, the backrest supports broke, but the customer service was excellent and quickly replaced the broken chair with a new, improved version free of charge.

One downside is the squeaking noise that started about 1–2 weeks after use, which can get a bit annoying.

The main material is hard plastic, but it still feels sturdy and of good quality.

All in all, it’s a good chair for its price range with some room for improvement.

Great Chair, Great Support — A Game Changer for My Back

’ve been using the SIHOO C300 chair for about a week now, and I’m honestly impressed. As someone who regularly suffers from back pain, I’m very picky when it comes to chairs — but this one exceeded my expectations.

The comfort level is outstanding, especially in the lumbar area. The lower back support was something new for me, and it took a bit of time to understand how it works and how it interacts with my posture. But once I got used to it, it felt really good and supportive.

The packaging was secure and neat, and the assembly process was smooth and actually enjoyable — everything was clear and well-organized, which made the setup stress-free.

I also reached out to the SIHOO support team for an additional part to improve my experience, and they’ve been very responsive and helpful, usually replying once or twice a day. They were genuinely supportive and worked with me to find a good solution.

Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase. Great product, great support — and most importantly, my back is thankful!

I recently purchased two chairs from…

I recently purchased two chairs from this company, and sadly, both experiences were extremely disappointing.

The first chair, the Shioo S100, arrived in what I would describe as awful condition. It was covered in oil and sticky to the touch — I realize some people might not mind that, but to me, it felt completely unhygienic and unusable.

Still hoping for a better experience, I ordered a second chair, the Shioo M57. Unfortunately, this one was even worse for me. It felt way too small, very uncomfortable, and the mesh material felt sharp and irritating — honestly, it feld like being poked by a stingray. I know comfort is subjective, but this chair just didn’t work for me at all.

When I tried to return the S100, it ended up being sent back to my own address just two days later. I don’t know if the return label was faulty, but that’s not something I should be held responsible for.

The company promises a Customer Satisfaction Guarantee, but so far, I haven’t experienced anything close to that. Support has been slow to respond, unhelpful, and the return process is dragging on far too long.

I expected much more — both in terms of product quality and service especially from a company this big

I like the chair

I like the chair, but will know better after using it for more than 3-4 days; say in a year or so. The package arrived undamaged, and the packing was very good. Assembly was straightforward with no missing or damaged parts. My order apparently got lost somewhere, it took a threatening email to get things back on track. My advice is to follow up with support if you haven't received tracking data after 5-6 days.
