Bad quality and bad service attitude

My order number is 18815.
I spent 2000 dollars on a full silicone doll and I received a product with defects. One of the arm joints was way too loose that the arm couldn’t even hold its place, the other arm was too tight. In order to fix it, I would have to cut open the doll. I am not going to take that risk.

I contacted the customer service and they just told me to file a report. I saw some really inappropriate questions in that report. Some questions even asked me whose responsibility I thought it should be. How would I know? I am just a customer. All I knew was that I bought the doll from your site and it had defects.

I don’t suggest anyone to buy from this site. They don’t take their customers seriously

Great experience

Silicone Lovers did a great job. They had great options, everything went smoothly on the site. They provided pictures of the finished product for approval. They quickly answered all my extra questions. They were also very patient with the follow up questions that I had. It was a great experience and I definitely recommend them.

Update. The first doll was not workable. With lot of feedback and working together, the problem was solved. A new doll came last Tuesday, great shape, great color tone and easy to work with and posture. Thank you for working with us during the time of a crisis

That company is excellent. They have such a nice way to check on you and stay in touch all during the process so you don't get lost in longing and they took care of shipping and duty entirely. What more to say?

There products are excellent quality I…

There products are excellent quality I choose one of there chubby bbw sex dolls and had loads of hassle with UPS who they use to deliver the dolls. So I choose to collect her instead it cost £50 in taxi fares to collect paige mu sex doll from UPS in Eccles Salford but Silicone Lovers refunded the cost and give me a £100 gift card as an apology for the hassle I had with UPS. Overall I can't fault Silicone Lovers customer service and there products they are a genuine company not a scam and make superb quality sex dolls at cheap prices. Just don't let them use UPS to deliver your doll.

I would like to start by thinking all the team at silicone Lovers for there great customer support and communication this is one of the most important things and why I have been buying my dolls only from this vender for a few years now my journey started in 2022 when I first found this vender site and have only used it since …my last doll which I have just got is the HR 163 BBW which only came in silicone I asked if it was possible to get it made in TEP and they made it realty for me thanks 🙏🏽 this year has been a little busy as I have added some more dolls to my collection and have had no issues thanks for being so helpful and understanding will keep buying and supporting this great site and please add more brands of dolls to your site I’ve seen some amazing dolls on other site but don’t trust to but from them peace out

Highly recommended

Service was good. All questions answered in timely manner and thoroughly. Product as promised and delivery was flawless. Two suggestions: try to make product lighter. It is heavy. Also would suggest constructing toes same as fingers.

The staff was very helpful

The staff was very helpful, especially when I had to modify my order. Everything came out great. I was confused when the flight case arrived without the wheels attached and there was some confusion as to how to attach them but I figured out that you just need to push the bolts through from the inside out. A heads up or instructions would have been nice regarding that. Overall thought, everything was great!

Another 5-star experience - and another wacky delivery :)

My last girl from Silicone Lovers rocked up at 7am on a pallet in the back of a 30-ton truck. But who cares? It all just added to the fun because it was so 'out there' and unexpected. IT HAPPENED AGAIN !! It seems that the particular freight forwarder (Pallex) collecting container shipments from Felixstowe docks do the entire job rather than messing around transferring to UPS. She arrived with the usual mild STPE compression dents and one slightly flat bumcheek from the long sea voyage - but they'll pop right out with time and a little gentle heat. Hot tip = you know how frustrating it is when your tracking goes radio silent for a month whilst the ship's at sea? SL kindly listed the name of the container ship on their tracking - so check out the 'Vesselfinder' website to get a pinpoint GPS location of where she is. The voyage is a long one because most ships still go the long way round rather than short-cutting through the Suez Canal - I'm guessing that the average $half-million Suez transit cost is the reason. Anyway - I'm very, very happy, and I'm already eyeing up the next addition to my small harem :) Thanks to Emma and Saray for the great service once again.

First time buyer and disappointed

I have always wanted to buy a doll after years of using various TPE and silicone torsos and realistic masturbators. I really liked the idea of customizing something to get it just right and I spent a lot of time with the online chat people, who were very friendly and for the most part helpful. It took a while to narrow down a brand since there was one physical characteristic I wanted just right. Most of the brands didn’t offer the option of a larger vaginal opening, but I ended up choosing a Starpery 148cm F Zoey Doll with this option with the ultra soft silicone upgrade. That said, each of us may be looking for something specific in our doll. My top priority has always been experiencing something that feels incredible. Aesthetics are important, but not as important to me as the experience with my doll. To be fair, she’s beautiful and the gel breasts are amazing, both in feel and looks. But the vaginal opening, though it was correct in the size I ordered, wasn’t what I expected. On the site, you can choose the texture of the inside of the vagina, which I did. But I’m guessing that option is only available in the “standard” size, not in a custom size. I was never told this or aware despite several months of messages and searching the site for what I wanted. What came was a “knobby” inside texture. Basically, it’s a bunch of round half circles cast onto the side walls. On top of that, there is a seam that runs from the opening all the way to the back at the bottom of the vaginal opening that after a little use, no matter how much lube I use, is rough and will leave me a bit raw afterwards. In comparison, I used the Mistress Tiffany Lifesize Torso from Hustler Hollywood prior to this purchase and it feels amazing (I’m back to using it). My doll definitely is a big step up in aesthetics, but it’s not being used because the physical experience doesn’t come close to the torso. I would also mention that when ordering a custom doll, be patient. Most questions I asked had to be answered by the factory and couldn’t be answered by Siliconelovers. This process each time would usually take close to a week to get an answer, sometimes longer. Once we’d worked through the details, it still took over a month longer than I was told to receive her. After spending over $2000 USD, my doll is something nice to look at, not something I enjoy using and it’s now basically collecting dust. About to sell it on the used doll site. I don’t have any advice on solving these issues or if other brands/suppliers are better, but this has been my experience. I would recommend caution at least.

If I d ever buy an other doll

If I d ever buy an other doll, I would without hesitation use your services again. Everything was perfect. Communication (almost too much🫣) personal, packaging, delay, pictures and movie you sent…. 10/10..! (A nice touch, would be to add the statuts “sent” in our account once the doll is on its way, the status Unfulfilled stays for a bit too long..)

Refused to refund a Layby order

Refused to refund a Layby order.
I Started a Layby with SL in June of last year. This is where you pay in money through Paypal whenever you can til you’re 80% of the way there and they start your order. I paid in £1000 of a £2030 total order. A few months ago I had a life issue and needed the money back. Layby orders are completely refundable whilst they’re not completed as stated on their T’s and C’s. On June 4th 2025 I contacted SL to request refund. I had a response saying they would contact their superior to start the refund. Nothing happened for a few days so I emailed them back. I had a response saying the only person who could refund them was away looking after a newborn. No time estimate for when they would be back was given. On June 28th (24 days after requesting refund) I asked for a manager contact. I emailed them on July 11th asking where my refund is and why no one else was able to process it all this time. A few days later they contacted me back explaining only they could refund layby orders and that they would proceed with my refund. The exact phrase used was: “Now that I’m back, I’ll personally ensure your refund is processed without any further delay,” now, to me, 6 more days and counting is what I would call a further delay. I sent 2 follow up emails asking for a response that haven’t been replied to yet. It is now around 6 weeks since I requested the refund. Whilst I understand taking leave for childcare is important the length of time away wasn’t communicated to me. The person that was on leave has also returned and promised a refund but has not delivered.
I am not just refunding this because I feel like it, I genuinely need the money back and am now using a bank overdraft and incurring overdraft fees which this money would cover.
I originally chose Silicone Lovers after much research because they were verified sellers and had a good trust pilot rating. Also the initial communication with Saray was exceptional so I thought I was in good hands. I was sad to cancel my layby but I didn’t expect this reaction to a refund request.
Still not sure if I am ever going to get my £1000 at this point.
Edit: (Update on 22nd July) as stated by the response Lou gave below, I did receive my money back and the cancellation fees were waived!

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m genuinely sorry for the stress and frustration this experience caused — especially at a time when you were facing personal challenges and urgently needed the funds returned.

You're absolutely right that layby orders are refundable up until production begins, and we stand by that policy — the delay in your refund was never due to refusal, but rather the result of an unfortunate combination of timing and platform limitations.

To clarify: the delay was not due to unwillingness, but because I was on leave caring for a newborn, and due to the nature of our setup, only I have access to the financial accounts used for manual layby refunds. While our team can process standard refunds via our website, layby payments made across a long timeframe via PayPal must be manually reviewed and cannot be refunded via the usual “refund” button if they fall outside PayPal’s standard timeframe. Your transaction required intervention from PayPal support and had to be processed and documented manually outside the normal system.

That said, we absolutely recognise that the communication could have been clearer and more proactive during this time — for that, I sincerely apologise.

I also want to reassure you (and others reading this) that your refund was issued in full, and as a gesture of goodwill, we went beyond our normal terms and conditions by refunding:

All PayPal transaction fees

Any cancellation-related fees

The £50 non-refundable deposit stated in our T&Cs

We truly regret that this situation led to financial stress for you — that’s never what we want for any customer. We’re reviewing how these exceptions are handled internally so future cases can be resolved faster, even during periods when key team members are unavailable.

I'd give this company a very fair review on my experience and for the company of silicone lovers as a vendor not as the doll maker or producer.

4 stars is a bit of a reach but it's certainly not 3 or below.

This companies service as a vendor has been great overall.

there are a few pros and cons I would like to make to explain my rating:

Pros ✅

✅Very friendly service with a can do attitude.

✅24h service and 24h email response.

✅Keen with giving tips and help whilst you are waiting for your order with information being correct.

✅ Good understanding overall about their service as well as helpful guides and tips to keep your doll tip top especially whilst you wait for your polymer princess to arrive.

✅Beginner friendly and also can keep up with experienced doll enthusiasts like myself.

✅Provide photos and videos on request.

✅Website layout is clean and easy to navigate.

✅Wide variety of dolls to choose as well as extras.

❌ Cons

❌ Inconsistent contact, times where they have not been online and either my message is left unreplied or in their tray or they have replied and I have not recieved it.

❌ Uncoordinated departments, there has been a number of blips where staff have tried to charge me something that If I didn't do my research or asked another staff member, would be paying for features I don't need or isn't available however this got rectified.

❌ Some staff members lack
Consistency in information and pictures and videos sent, only a couple staff members are willing to provide the customer full information with helpful links, photos or videos to help explain the product, some staff either don't utilise the resource enough which makes the customer service jarring or uncaring about their own product. Provide more information about your product details, use the resources available, if people are paying thousands for a doll, they really need to know what they're getting into!

Also with this, some staff aren't clued into the features as well as others which makes speaking between one staff member to another very jarring as one person will say one thing either does exist and can be fitted on the doll and another says it wouldn't, it feels like some staff members don't know what's going on in terms of features, there has been features, missed promotions and missing extras I could've added onto my doll for this reason and its made my doll lose some of its benefits, there are a couple features I wanted on the doll that isn't on my doll now due to some staff not checking properly beforehand.

❌ More knowledge on payment instructions, I would rather put this in here than not at all although it doesn't change the star rating at all. but paying for the doll was a pain in the arse and having to find a way of paying with most of the process is me figuring it out myself, staff should be more confident and fully prepared to solve payment issues whether it's with PayPal, klarna, barclays pay in 3, installments or fully paid servicing, this has delayed a few days out of my time and it could've gone a lot easier.

❌ Site is very glitchy, buggy, doesn't save wishlist items per device: on the order page, to add anything on the notes is really annoying because the page constantly refreshes no matter what device I'm on, uses up a load of ram for some reasons making it very laggy, my wishlist on one device will have 1 doll I have saved and when I go onto another device and log into the same account I have on the other device, the item is no longer there. Also some features that are on there don't get frequently updated and ends up causing chaos for anyone wanting to search for features just to get an email from the orders team saying the factory doesn't do that anymore, there also has been missing features I've pointed out before which got patched in fairly quickly, the IT department should be more on the ball with the every growing industry as it's market is very advanced and isn't slowing down. Also minor things like spelling errors and punctuation but that doesn't seem to have any effect on the service and has been rectified.

I have 2 dolls on the way, one which I bought in mid April and was delayed and will be arriving in August time and another in mid May that's due in a couple of weeks time from this review.

This review will be part 1 which is the company and vendor itself, PT 2 review will be a follow up post delivery for both dolls so be prepared!

Overall, a solid company to go for. The pros and cons for my review may not be the same experience for everyone so take this review as my own personal experience, any pros and cons is not a service or disservice but purely for informational purposes and further training and I belive this company overall is a solid pick and the team are great but can improve 👌
