It's a company running for big gangsters. They tried to pretend to be a company to help me selling my business but after I've sold it myself because They arranged fews viewings but 3 or 4 times but never anyone turn up. So after all that they want from me about 5k and looked me to court all all the rest of it so they're scam me and today I still paying them it's so much more to said but I will bring them to court and hopefully they get done they're a proper mafia.

I was offered a job on the same day as my interview, red flags started to appear from the beginning. The boss asked that I quit my side business to solely focus on the job he provided. Thankfully, I did not comply with his request.
To show my commitment to Silk Lettings Ltd, I even went as far as canceling eight other job interviews. However, after just two days of working at the company, I was let go, with the explanation that my role was no longer needed. This sudden dismissal left me feeling confused and wondering why I had turned down other opportunities for this position.
During my brief employment, I invested both time and money into Silk Lettings Ltd. I spent over £100 on the required uniform and incurred additional expenses for travel, as the commute took up a significant portion of my day. Despite following all instructions diligently (even though it was my induction week where I was shadowing) and even receiving reassurances about my performance, I was not paid for the two days of work I completed. Additionally, the company withheld my signed employment contract, offering no explanation for their actions.
What initially seemed like a promising opportunity turned out to be a façade. Silk Lettings Ltd, positioned as a successful business, was nothing more than a failing small company tucked away in a big building filled with other small businesses.
I have since involved my solicitors to handle this matter. Very unethical. I urge others to exercise caution and avoid any business dealings or employment opportunities with this company. They have shown a disregard for their employees and customers by operating in an unethical manner.

Although they did not take any money up front we signed a 12month contract for them to sell our business. We cant contact them by any means. Shoddy company and by reading reviews a feel for all who lost money but im pleased they are bust !!!

They have definitely gone out of business. Any emails you try to send are returned undelivered. No phone numbers work.

I was only speaking to Carlos back in March 2023 and doing some business with them, and he must have known then that they were in trouble then. And now in May 2023 - they've gone bust. Still took my money though.

This company has my £5k deposit for a business and now disappeared. Can someone advised on how to get my money back?

The money you have paid, should be held in a third part company called client money account. If he has used it for his own benefit it's categorised as mal practice, even better for us, Fraud, which means our money should be secured otherwise he can be prosecuted for 11 years without mentioning all previous business related with client money he had. We are in United Kingdom, stronger together !

THEY HELD A 5K DEPOSIT FOR A BUSINESS, AND NOW THEY DISAPPEARED AND THEY LEFT ME WITH FEW OPTIONS TO KEEP GOING.

Business has ceased to trade and has £5000 of my money held as a deposit. Joke of a company and the directors have previous form of collapsing companies with monies owed. Mr Carlos Matto you should be ashamed.

Signed a 12 month contract with silk lettings and they have seem to have disappeared....can't contact them by phone all my emails are bouncing back ....paid them a fee to sell my business but nothing !!!! Is anyone else having this problem.

Signed a contract with Silk Letting and they ignore buyer enquiries, ignore my enquiries, phone line not recognised, website doesn't work, extremely poor customer service

Actually I have spoken with Mr Carlos and he promised me that he will sell my shop in short time and best prices and he did which I couldn't believe it.
