I love the hearts mascara and have had several, so on the one occasion I had bought one that had a faulty brush head, I wrote an email, including a photo, to let them know. 2 hours later ( how amazing to receive such a swift reply!) I was sent a reply and apology and offered an immediate replacement. It arrived promptly. What service, I shall keep ordering.

Returned the product and they are refusing to give me my money back. DONT BUY!!!!

These lashes are amazing!! I am allergic to regular eyelash glue so I couldn’t wear lashes until now. Thank you Silly George for making a product for people with sensitive eyelids!! You guys rock!!

I have NEVER been good with putting on false lashes. Even though I'm a performer and would often need to wear them, it would take me forever to get the glue right and the lash to stick or the magnets didn't hold well, yadda, yadda. BUT, I am in love with the Linerbond and the natural line of lashes from Silly George. I don't usually gush about products but they have made it not only simple but the lashes look so natural. I just ordered my 3rd and 4th set to try. If you have trouble with applying lashes like I have had, these are worth every penny.

Placed an order over a month ago. Have not received anything, no confirmation of order, no notice of shipment, and NO eyelashes. Not a happy customer.

Service is terrible. They have no control over inventory and let orders run over. When items ship out way late they offer no form of upgraded shipping in order to compensate for their inventory mismanagement.

I bought a lash and glue set - absolutely impossible to put the lashes on and I’ve tried loads of times - no way is it as shown on social media. A total waste of money.

I ordered Silly George lash serum from Amazon and the tube I received developed a bad smell after about two weeks. I contacted the company to see if it was safe to keep using it and they offered to replace the tube, even though I had purchased from Amazon, not from sillygeorge.com. The new tube shipped within two hours! I was so impressed with that customer service. My new tube seems much better than the old one. It's still too soon to determine how well the serum is working (I've only been using it about a month), but my lashes feel softer and I'm looking forward to seeing them start growing soon.

I’ve ordered from Silly George before, but this time they really dropped the ball. First, they said they oversold a serum I ordered and would ship my order in 1-2 weeks. Ok - annoying, but fine. It’s been nearly a month with no correspondence, and I get an unrelated email today about the SALE on serum that they’re having (obviously in stock???). I emailed them about it, and they then told me the OTHER item I ordered and already paid for was now sold out. No meaningful, sincere apology about the wait or the clearly forgotten order. This is horrible business practice, and is making them begin to seem like scammers to me. Will I ever get anything I paid for?

I’m happy to edit my review if they fix what they’ve done adequately.

I’ve been using the silly George lash serum 2x day for 1 month & have not noticed any change in my lashes. Going to continue using, hoping it just takes a little bit longer & I’ll see results. But so far, I’m not impressed at all. I’ve used other lash serums & seen much more significant results in much less time.

As with other reviews, I ordered the serum on 14 October when they said delivery would be at the end of the month and, for waiting, they’d include a free mascara with the order. I have chased up and been told ‘next week’ by email. Nope. Didn’t happen. It’s 14 NOVEMBER now. Not heard back. Is this a scam company?

Same as others! Ordered 2.5 weeks ago and has not shipped because they haven’t got stock!! I had to email them about it for them to say anything. I will never buy from them again. Selling stock they don’t have! Let’s see how I go getting a refund 🙃

I ordered the serum on Oct. 14th and had to chase them to learn that there's an issue with the stocks (seeing similar reviews here).
Since I asked for an update on Oct. 20th, they've been saying oh sorry it will be delivered this week oh no next week ...
Still have no visbility , waiting for a refund to be issued since waiting a month is not acceptable.

I have the serum and mascara. All the hype and I’m not convinced of either. I’ll give the serum 2 more weeks (making it a 6 week trial in total..) but the mascara is terrible, and you give that a skip in my opinion. It doesn’t hold any curl and gets so clumpy when you add multiple layers. The only good part is it’s easy to take off. Meh. Back to good ‘ol Maybelline I go..

Cannot review the actual product as I still have not received it. Bought a MONTH ago. Advertised processing time is 1-2 days. They sent an email saying they made a mistake (to a lot of people it would seem) and would add a mascara in or we could cancel the order. So they got two stars (instead of one) for some rudimental customer service. I also received autogenerated email asking for a review on here - so here it is. Leaving this for others in the future as to be aware as I have now found similar complaints in the past not just as a once off. They seem to delete social media comments to potentially mislead consumers about the occurrences as well.

Edited: And now they get a one star because they are definitely deleting comment from social media to ensure lack of transparency to customers. Unethical. And still have not received product as per 1st December. They continue to delete or report posts to try and mislead consumers.

Silly George lash serum is by far the best I have ever used and I’ve tried quite a few different brands. After having my babies, my hair, eyelashes and eyebrows all went really sparse and my eyelashes never got back to how they used to be pre children. I started using the silly George lash serum and now they are even thicker and longer than they were before. I don’t normally do reviews but I absolutely love this product, I had to let people know how good it is.

No instructions on how to install the lashes. A complete waste of time and money
