Scammers.The cars in the pictures are not the cars from the lot.They look similar,but are less equiped,have higher milage.Even when confronted,they dont change the adds.The reviews online are fake.

Went to the dealer because they advertised a Toyota that appeared to have low km and a good price. Put down a deposit and started checking records. It was a 2017 model but there was no record of it being registered ANYWHERE in Europe - EVER! No inspection records, no registration records, no maintenance records - nothing. VERY suspicious. Car supposedly came from Germany but there was no record of German registration. CarVertical report was almost completely blank, which cannot be the case for an 8 year old car. When I told the owner I did not trust the paperwork and wanted my deposit back, he gave me all kinds of arguments and took over a week to give me a partial refund. He said he had to spend money generating the paperwork and getting the red number tag and refused to give me a full refund.

Am fost interesat să achiziționez un Renault Koleos de la acest dealer. Am cerut seria de șasiu și mi s-a oferit un raport CarVertical, care nu conținea nicio înregistrare relevantă, lucru deja suspect având în vedere vârsta mașinii și prețul neobișnuit de mic raportat la kilometrajul afișat.
Pentru siguranță, am decis să verific mașina direct la reprezentanța Renault. Acolo am aflat că ultima înregistrare oficială a mașinii apare în anul 2024, cu un rulaj de aproximativ 200.000 km, complet diferit față de kilometrajul prezentat la vânzare 147.000 km.
Având în vedere și numeroasele recenzii similare existente despre această firmă, legate de kilometri dați înapoi, experiența mea ridică serioase semne de întrebare privind transparența și corectitudinea practicilor acestui dealer.
Recomand oricărui potențial cumpărător să verifice mașinile independent, în reprezentanță sau prin surse oficiale, înainte de a lua o decizie.

I was interested in purchasing a Renault Koleos from this dealer. I asked for the chassis number and was given a CarVertical report, which did not contain any relevant records, which was already suspicious given the age of the car and the unusually low price compared to the mileage displayed.
To be on the safe side, I decided to check the car directly at the Renault dealership. There we found out that the last official registration of the car appears in 2024, with a mileage of about 200,000 km, completely different from the mileage presented for sale 147.000 km.
Considering the many similar reviews about this company, related to the kilometers turned back, my experience raises serious questions about the transparency and fairness of this dealership's practices.
I recommend any potential buyer to check the cars independently, in dealerships or through official sources, before making a decision

The car dealer offers 0 support for buying a car from them, I bought a car and the person contacted told me that the car has full service history but upon arrival at the car in Cluj the service history was 0...none.. also the car was fixed by them with a part from another car, so very soon after buying, the car had problems.
