Repeated Delays and Poor Communication

I encountered repeated frustrations dealing with Silver Cross, especially surrounding repeatedly delayed delivery. My stroller arrived 5-6 weeks late, and Silver Cross customer service was terrible at communicating the delays. The product is okay, though not overly premium for the price and the frustrations. I would not purchase again... if you need a stroller, you need to know when it will arrive.

Worst Customer Service Experience I’ve Ever Had

I rarely leave reviews, but Silver Cross USA has by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

The product itself is actually very good, which makes this entire experience even more frustrating. We were originally told our order would be delivered within one month, but we ended up waiting nearly three months with poor communication and little transparency.

On top of that, they disabled my account and never restored it, even though they kept assuring me they were “working on it.” Every email response took three to four days, and every time I called, the same person answered the phone, which honestly made it feel like only one person works there.

For a premium brand with premium pricing, this level of customer service is unacceptable. A great product cannot make up for missed timelines, poor communication, account issues, and an overall terrible customer experience.

Such a shame, because the product deserves better support than what Silver Cross USA provides. If I could go back and make the decision again, I would simply choose Nuna and avoid this entire experience.

Lyca went the extra mile

Because lyca used her thinking to help solve my problem it was solved. Without her suggestion getting the stroller on time for the baby would not have happened. I thank you for hiring an employee that is so smart. You don’t find any employees that way anymore. She’s a keeper.

A first class customer service experience

I contacted Silver Cross to enquire about sun protection for the Reef Basinet and pushchair in the US. I had great communications with Marlon on the Customer care team. Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and was able to source exactly what was required. I was then directed through to the sales team and within a week I had the Sunsail to use on our system. It is a great product, doing the job well to protect a newborn lying in the Basinet and then when older in the pushchair.
Both the initial phone call and then email correspondence were fantastic. Thank you Marlon and Silver Cross.

Excellent CS Rep Lyca

I owned the Dune for nearly two years and recently got it replaced through the warranty process.

Lyca of the Customer Services team was outstanding throughout my warranty claims process: professional, empathetic, and composed even during tense moments. She is a credit to the Silver Cross team.

One area for improvement: the warranty process as a whole was arduous. It took nearly three weeks and required significant follow-up on our end before we received a resolution. Streamlining this experience would make an already excellent brand even better.

I just wanted to sincerely thank Marlon for all of his help and outstanding customer service. Everything was handled excellently from beginning to end, with very quick responses, great attention, and professionalism throughout the entire process.

I am extremely satisfied and very pleased with the service I received. Marlon went above and beyond to help me, and the effectiveness and support provided truly exceeded my expectations. My respects to both Marlon and the company for such an excellent customer experience.

Stress-Free Resolution Thanks to Lyca

I had a great experience with Silver Cross customer service. When I placed an order for a stroller for my daughter using Apple Pay, the website automatically populated my own address instead of my daughter’s shipping address. Since I live in Hawaii and she lives in California, I was very concerned about having to re-ship such a large item myself.

Thankfully, Lyca from customer service was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She kept me updated on my order status and worked with the shipping team to correct the shipping address before delivery. Thanks to her assistance, the shipping address was successfully changed to my daughter’s California address, saving me a great deal of stress, time, and expense.

I truly appreciated Lyca’s professionalism, responsiveness, and kindness. Excellent customer service can make all the difference. Thank you, Lyca, and thank you, Silver Cross!
