It's pretty cool, kids loved it

It's pretty cool, the kids loved it. At the end of the day, so long as they enjoy it that's all that matters to us. I would avoid going in the dead of Summer, it is brutally hot. In future trips we will be going in Spring or Fall, way too much walking during Summer heat.

Silver Dollar will take your money!!!!

Silver Dollar will take your money, but not take into consideration when a season member for years brought the wrong season cups! “We can only give you water.” We have been season members for years and made the mistake of not throwing away last year season’s mugs! My husband and I paid $27.00 a piece for the seasonal cups and can prove with our season passes that we paid for the beverage package! Silver Dollar City wouldn’t give us any consideration! Will not spend a dollar in the future at Silver Dollar City!! We talked to management and was told “Nothing we can do.”

Pass it up

Horrible. Don't go. Overpriced. Long waits. Dumb and dumber operating rides. NOT for people in wheelchairs! NOT for people with disabilities. Should put that on their web site. Pathways this way and that, can't find anything, buildings behind buildings. Few employed there can give directions.

Over priced

Over priced. Tried to buy kettlecorn and was in line with a friend for 10 mins. They were served and when I went to make my purchase they said they weren't selling anymore. I was irritated but went around the corner to hang with friends and family. Not 2 minutes later, they were selling to people again. The jerk working there is a poor representation of customer service. I will never spend another penny there.

Don't take food allergies seriously

I let reservations know that I required a vegetarian meal that was gluten free weeks ago for the Branson Belle Showboat, and serving management first claimed that I had not told anyone about the accommodations I needed, then claimed the box office there was at fault, and they continued to screw up in a major fashion. All I got was string beans and an undercooked baked potato to eat for the main course, and I didn't get to eat until everyone else was well finished eating, because someone in the kitchen put steak on my plate, regardless, and they had to remake everything (I'm allergic to meat products due to AGS, and I have Celiacs Disease). My husband and I didn't get to eat untill it was show time. Eating so quickly at the end of the dinner cruise, of course, had us running to use the facilities before we left, and I was rushed out of the women's restroom by a man who said I must vacate the bathroom. My husband and I are both handicapped, had to wait on lines to use the restroom, elevator, etc, and we were then rushed off the ship after paying top dollar for captain's table tickets ($95 a ticket), where I certainly didn't get a captain's level meal or treatment. Having a man come into the women's room to rush me out was just icing on the cake of poor customer service! 9/14/2023 Noon Showboat Trip.
