One of the worst companies I have…

One of the worst companies I have worked for. There is a clear lack of care for employees, with excessive micromanagement and a culture that treats staff as disposable.

I left after two months, during which time three other employees also resigned. This level of turnover speaks volumes.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this company unless they are prepared to be taken advantage of and potentially not paid.

HONESTLY AVOID!!!

Addie Simpson is the most amazing…

Addie Simpson is the most amazing travel consultant. She helped me book two rooms on our upcoming cruise and made sure that we got the best rooms and all the perks. She is such a pleasure to do business with. I would recommend RCI cruises o/b world travel holdings 100%. Great service, great experience.

Terrible, useless, liars- Do Not Use them!

My wife and I won a cruise through our boat club, and, unfortunately it was managed by cruises.com, which is owned by World Travel Holdings, so I assume their other cruise websites are just as awful (unless our totally useless agent, Tia Laywell was the problem). It happened that the cruise we won was our first cruise ever, a 5 day excursion, and happened to be on our 40th wedding anniversary. As such, we wanted to exchange the trip for a longer one, which, according to their paperwork was possible, as the cruise date was a year away. I called Ms Useless Laywell multiple times on multiple days for a number of weeks, left a message each time with my phone number, only to NEVER receive a call back.

So, we still wanted to go on this cruise, as we had never been on one before. We left on the cruise, and although all gratuities were SUPPOSED to be paid for, they only paid for the gratuities for the room. Drink gratuities and meal gratuities were NOT paid for. In addition, we were SUPPOSED to receive a $50 onboard credit the day after we started the cruise. NOT! I emailed Ms Useless, and I received a response that “she’s out of the office until the 15th,” which is when our trip ended. I emailed her again, on the 21st, and received the same message. FINALLY she called us, and said that “we will receive a $50 credit card in 6-8 weeks” because we didn’t specify that we wanted it on our cruise. We won’t hold our breath waiting for that…

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

We booked a cruise on Royal Caribbean through one of the subsidiaries of this company; cruise118.co.uk this company and paid over £450 deposit. Personal circumstances meant that we could not travel on the due dates and we were aware that the terms and conditions indicated that we would lose the Sterling equivalent of $100 per person - $200 dollars in all.
So we booked an alternate cruise to the Holy Land for 2023. However, despite many emails and telephone calls, after six weeks we had not received any confirmation that the first cruise had been cancelled and the second one booked.
Concerned with the gross inefficiency of the company we decided to cancel the second cruise as well. We expected to lose the $200 but today they confirmed that we would lose all our deposit, a total of over £400. They claim this in their T's and C's but we see no sign of it.
We believe they have stolen the deposit from us and think that they may well be keeping money because they are having financial problems.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY OR ANY OF THE SUB COMPANIES THEY OWN. YOU WILL LOSE MONEY.
